We are retired professional couple and long-time residents of Metro Vancouver. We’ve raised our two daughters in Richmond and now, we, our daughters and four grandchildren reside in the Westside of Vancouver.

We bought this property in 2009 because of its ideal location as one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in Vancouver, BC. It is a central, quiet and safe neighbourhood with many amenities within walking distance. As well, with Canada Line King Edward train station only 4 minutes walk, we can reach most of Vancouver major sites and YVR in less than 20 minutes.
What makes this Apartment unique
In 2012, we built a self-contained laneway house (a separate building) on the rear of the property facing the lane. In July 2014, we completed the building of our new main house with three separate living units, including the garden suite. These contemporary living units have private entrances and sound barriers. For maximum comfort, this house has two separate mechanical systems including 2 boilers for in-floor radiant heating and 2 large indirect hot water tanks and 2 HRV with air filtration systems.

Fantastic Stay in Vancouver!
Great property, so cozy and comfortable. We especially liked the neighborhood; quiet and a nice walk to the area stores. This location was perfect for us for our visit to Vancouver. Close to downtown Vancouver and Granville Island. Thanks for the delicious banana bread, fruit and cookies.
A wonderful flat in a great location. Very comfortable and clean, quiet area with excellent public transport links and the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park nearby. Can highly recommend.
We selected this property because it was a block from the subway station and close to downtime via said subway - 10 minutes average to the locations we wanted to visit. The bed was a Queen and comfortable, no AC, but fans made space comfortable, even in July. The space was clean, WIFI worked great, and it met our needs well. I would certainly stay here again.

The property is situated right off of the Canada Line, so everything was accessible.
The space is perfect with all the comforts of home. It was impeccably clean and well laid out. If you are considering renting this space, I advise you to not hesitate. It is located in a very, very nice neighbourhood with supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, subway station and a Tim Horton’s within a very short distance as well as the most absolutely gorgeous Queen Elizabeth Park. .
Excellent location for everything Vancouver
Nicely appointed and comfortable casita in a quiet neighborhood. It’s just a block or so away from the King Edward metro train station. Easy to get around this beautiful big city.
5 minute walk to Cambie Village, Queen Elizabeth Park and King Edward Canada Line station and 10 minute walk SOMA village, Hillcrest Community centre, Nat Bailey Stadium, Women's and Children's Hospital.
