Velez villa is less than 4 km from Balestrate. This is a country full of beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea. In addition to numerous bars, restaurants, pizzerias also has a new marina. Possible excursions one of the most striking is undoubtedly around the Gulf of Castellammare motorboat which visit the Zingaro nature reserve (1600 hectares of Mediterranean scrub, full of palmettos, agave and some 40 different species of birds) and stacks of Scopello and the trap surrounded by Norman towers. A good bus service, allows rapid and convenient travel to the Bath of Segesta (sulfur-rich waters). Near Trapani other half is recommended Erice, one of the best preserved historical cities in Sicily.
