Apartment 10

Large apartment of about 70 m2 situated on the top floor of the condominium Perchu. Given its elevated position in the building, there is an exceptional view of the mountains of Aosta Valley: the large window in the living room offers a view of the Mount Emilius and the Becca di Nona, the two peaks that overlook the city of Aosta, From the balcony, one can admire the Grand Combin and the Mont Blanc massif. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished with care by the owners over the summer of 2009.

The apartment has an entry way, a large and luminous living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds and an independent kitchen, bathroom and spacious attic area with washing machine.

Ideal apartment for a family of 5-6 persons; the apartment can sleep up to 8 persons: 3 in the large bedroom, 3 in the smaller bedroom with the bunk beds, and 2 in the living room on the sofa bed.

Condominium Perchu

The condominium Perchu was built in 1963 on a large parcel of private property at the base of the Pila Ski Resort, 1800 meters above sea level. In an optimal location, the condominium is surrounded by 2-3 hectares of peaceful mountain prairie, hills and forest. The private outdoors offers families the possibility to explore, go sledding, make barbecues and play comfortably while feeling right at home. The location offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the highest mountains of the Alps, the central valley and of the city of Aosta.

We have 2 apartments for rent in this condominium, each with two bedrooms, a large living room, a separate kitchen, entry and bathroom. All of the apartments are completely furnished and in optimal condition; all of which have been recently renovated.

The apartment 10 is a large flat of about 70 m2 situated on the top floor of the condominium Perchu. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished with care by the owners over the summer of 2009.

The apartment 1 is a beatiful flat of around 60 m2 with separate entrance and private garden at the ground floor of Condominium Perchu. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished with care by the owners over the summer of 2008.

Great apartment with outstanding views in a perfect location .

The apartment was perfect for our family group , it was much bigger then we expected and was very well equipped . The location was perfect with Pila only 1k away , so great for shops , bars and ski slope .

Marco was very helpful when we booked and gave us all the information we needed . I would highly recommend this apartment , it was warm , comfortable with fabulous views and great value for money .

A lovely, well maintain and well equipped apartment. We were a family of four, the apartment provided everything we needed and the kids loved the outside space to play in the snow. The views were amazing and although a short drive to the ski lifts parking is really easy. Marco, the owner, could not have been more helpful, would recommend, we will be returning.

Our stay in Pila was very pleasant. Although we were quite a large number of persons (4 kids and 5 adults) we didn't feel that apartment would be small for us. Owner of the house was very helpful providing us with all the necessary practical information about Pila and surrounding area. Significant advantage - during the working week the skiing area was not crowded and skiing conditions were very good. Kids attended excellent Pila sci-school and were very satisfied.

"This apartment is beautifully situated close to main gondola station in Pila. It is well-appointed and has all the essentials for a stay in the Aosta Valley. We were there for a week of skiing in Pila and we couldn''t have hoped for a better location. The apartment was much larger than the photographs suggested so we got a great surprise when we saw it. It was fresh and clean catered for all our needs. The woodchip burner was a great warming feature after a days skiing! We were lucky enough to be there for the festival of Saint Orso, a fair celebrating local artisans work which I would definitely recommend. The owners were very accommodating, meeting us in Aosta and driving up to Pila when we arrived late in the evening. This is great value for money and myself and my 4 friend would wholeheartedly recommend it."

Très bel appartement et bien aménagé (c'est vrai qu'il manque une bouilloire :-) ). Bonne literie, oreillers et couettes. Très propre. Propriétaire attentionné et arrangeant. Conforme aux photos et description. Attention il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour les personnes qui ne skient pas ou débutants. Accès aux pistes en ski et retour en ski tout à fait faisable lorsqu'il y a de la neige (pas pour les débutants). Nombreuses marches pour accéder à l'appartement. Nous le recommandons et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Car: necessary

From Italy, exit the autostrada A5 at "Aosta Est" and follow the direction Pollein, Charvensod and Pila. From France, take the Mont Blanc tunnel and exit the autostrada at "Aosta Ovest". Follow the regional highway 26 to Aosta and then follow the directions for Pila. From Switzerland, take the Gran Saint Bernard tunnel and continue along the regional highway 27 to Aosta, and then follow the directions for Pila.

Once you have arrived on the road going up from Aosta to Pila (regional highway 18), continue along this road until you reach "km 16" (marked on a signpost on the side of the road in the middle of a curve). The condominium is located just a hundred meters after this curve on the left side of the road. Parking is available along the road in front of the condominium. The location is just before the periphery of the ski resort area of Pila, about 1 km before the departure of the ski life for Chamolé.
