Ideal for your stay in Paris
At the heart of Paris, in a historic district, pretty studio very central with lots of charm, oak flooring, top floor with elevator, overlooking the roofs of Paris without opposite, very sunny and very quiet.
Equipped with a mobile bed placed in the ceiling: it is a real bed that moves in 30 seconds.
During the day, the room gives way to the lounge.
Ok so I will give my review but also include my wifes view as well. We both view as cons: 5 circular flights of stairs with only a 1.5 person lift, size of flat, bed, thin walls. Pros: wifi, view, location, Parisian charm. Very close to metro train, plenty of shopping and restaurants, and price was very reasonable. I would stay again and give it 4 stars, my wife on other hand gives it 3 stars and would not stay again.
The place was fantastic. Tiny, but plenty Of room for the two of us. Dreamy view. They were very nice about still meeting up with us to give us the key when we ran into travel complications and got in very late. Cool neighborhood. There were some undeclared fees (towel & sheet rental) I would have preferred to read about in the description, rather than be told after we'd reserved the place. That felt a little weird, but everything about the rental was wonderful.
I had the most wonderful time at Anne-Lise's. She was extremely cordial, responsive and accommodating through the whole process, from initial inquiry to departure. I didn't actually get to meet her until checkout due scheduling conflicts, but she found someone to greet me at the apartment both times. That's right! I've stayed here twice in the span of seven months and am saddened as I'm preparing to return to Paris and have seen that the apartment is not free for my dates. I see it as my home in Paris, but this time around I'm going to have to find a different place. :'-(
This apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the Marais. It's a stone's throw to Notre-Dame, and the subway which allows very easy transportation to all the tourist locations. It is CLEAN and exactly like the pictures! And right in the middle of the gay village with lots of options for bars, clubs, restaurants, etc... It is also very quiet, in spite of all the action in the streets. Top floor with an elevator (very rare in Paris), with an amazing view!!! And during a slightly longer stay, I was able to develop a real sense of community with some of the neighboring businesses, which was really special to me.
The apartement is perfectly located in the cultural centre of Paris (the Pompidou Center, the Louvre, the Latin Quarter, several key Metro stops and Notre Dame are very close to apartement). There are seen the tops of the spire and and the towers of Notre Dame from the apartment window. As for kitchen it is well stocked, so you can find everything you need. Moreover, there is a corner shop in two minutes from the apartement. The bed is comfortable, everything was really convinient.
Anne-Lise and Lea are very friendly, available, and accommodating. When we met them to pick up the key, they were nice enough to offer a little walking tour of the neighborhood as well.
This apartment is perfect for those who want to live like Parisians in a lovely charming neighborhood.
"I recommend this apartment. Anne-Lise and Lia are really nice and friendly. The flat are very well located almost in central of the city in nice area. It takes 5 min to get to metro station and 10 min to Notre Dame de Paris by walk. The flat is just like the photos show on the website."

Next to the metro, many buses
Very central, the studio is next to the Marais theaters, museums, many restaurants and bars, grocery stores and markets. It is located two minutes walk from the Metro Hotel de Ville, andfrom many buses and close to Bastille, the Louvre and the Seine (walking distance).
