Sweet 301 is a fabulous, upscale, casual yet elegant, spacious three-bedroom including kids' bunk room condominium. Located on the top floor of Grand Isle, directly on Scenic Highway 30-A, in the heart of Seagrove. Sweet 301 is a professionally decorated, end unit with a spacious living area, dining room, and kitchen. Rooms boast southern views over the gulf and western views of the famous Emerald Coast sunsets. The balcony spans the entire length of the living room and master suite and is accessible through both.

All of our bedding has been updated - February 2015 for wonderful, comfortable sleep. Our master suite features a plush mattress king-size bed, full bath, and a flat panel HD TV/DVD. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a flat panel HD TV/DVD. The bunk room, designed with kids in mind, features a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top, plus a large, flat panel TV/DVD along with a Wii and games. These two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub. The living room sofa is a queen-size sleeper offering additional sleep space. Sweet 301 has wireless secure internet. We also have a selection of DVD movies for you to enjoy.

For your comfort and enjoying the beach, we have provided Free Beach Service for 2 with each rental and in the condo we have a cooler for the beach and additional Tommy Bahama beach chairs.

Sweet 301 is a straight shot to the beach through a private access, just 80 yards from the sugar-white sand and beautiful, emerald-green water of the Gulf of Mexico. For your convenience, we also have an excellent restaurant on the ground floor. The Perfect Pig serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages. The Deep South Market just opened on the 1st floor. Very Convenient for last minute items.

Notes:
Beach service is available March through October. We provide free service for two. The ground floor of Grand Isle hosts the Perfect Pig. A full service restaurant so you don't have to travel far for any of your needs! We also have a new Market that opened. Of the 12 units in Grand Isle, ONLY 6 are rental properties! The beautiful private pool is rarely used and usually empty! BBQ grills located on site and green grass on which the kids can run around.

Better Than 5 Stars!

Sweet 301 is a wonderful retreat at the beach! The location is excellent! You can walk, ride a bike or drive to anything in a quick minute. This condo has everything that you need for a beach retreat: great kitchen, large refrigerator, very nice sized bedrooms and baths, comfortable furniture inside and out, books, movies and more. We felt so pampered by the condo and the owner. We love the proximity to the beach as well as the food, drink and entertainment downstairs. The restaurant downstairs is phenomenal and so convenient! We are planning to return as soon as possible!

Wonderful weekend

We had such a nice and relaxing stay. The condo was perfect. The beds were cozy. We loved the town and surrounding small towns. The beach was gorgeous as expected. Every place we ate had great food and everyone was so nice and friendly.

Labor Day Weekend

This was my third stay at Sweet 301 and it was fabulous as always! The condo is in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and so many wonderful restaurants. It's beautifully decorated and is always so clean. There is plenty of room and all beds are so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo! I can't wait for my next trip!

Perfect Summer Retreat!

We've been coming to this condo for the past 7 years. Every summer is such a memorable one because of it! We usually have a larger group traveling with us and the condo accommodates everyone quite nicely! Great location for kids of all ages with a quick stroll over to the beach for hours of play! Can't wait for next year!!

The condo itself is beautiful and the location is great!! The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. The beds sleep very well and it's stocked with everything you need and more! The housekeeping before we arrived was a little minimal. The floors were dusty/dirty and the bathroom corners hadn't been swept in a while. The stove eyes had a lot of food/grime buildup. The furniture needed dusting. The neighbor below visited us approx 2-3 times a day (starting at 7:30am) to tell us his bathroom fan was leaking. We assured him we were just showering and not getting water anywhere but the drain. He came in and looked in the bathroom. A plumber came out and repaired the leaking toilet seal. We waited with him bc we didn't want to leave our valuables unattended with a stranger. With all that being said the condo is nice, has great furnishings and extras such as wifi, wii, dvd's, etc. Very close to the beach and an easy walk. It's a great condo in Seagrove!
