Ideally located in the heart of the station, at around 50 metres from a ski lift.

Large terrace with a fantastic view on the mountains.

Refurbished during year 2009, with a mountain style.

Lovely apartment in very convenient location

We loved our stay in such a beautiful apartment - the views were all you could ask for. The kitchen was well equipped meaning we could eat in without any problems and with a much better view than any restaurant, and the other facilities just made the stay that much easier (dishwasher, washing machine, wifi...). The location was brilliant too, only a minute from the nearest ski lift, a couple of minutes from the tourist information centre and no more than 10 minutes to the centre of town. It made our stay so thank you very much for letting us stay and we'd certainly recommend to anyone.

"The apartment was clean ...

"The apartment was clean and very well equipped with a short walk to the Teleseige, which took us to the Grand Rousse area for our ski lessons. The apartment was warm, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our holiday very much. We will be returning next year!"

Fantastic view on the Alps!

We spent a great 1 week vacation in this lovely apartment ideally located in the “Old Alps” part of the resort. The apartment is located very close to the slopes (50 meters to the ski lift “La Grande Sure” which goes to the top of the Signal). There are also plenty of restaurants and stores close by as well as a small supermarket.

The building was recently renovated and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very nicely decorated with a personal touch which changes from the more standardized apartment you will find in large residence tourism chains. The apartment has a small open room in the entrance with two double bunked beds, a separate room with a double bed and a rather wide living room (sofa can serve as additional bed) with an open kitchen fully equipped (with microwave oven, dish-washer, toaster, waffle maker, raclette and fondue set and even a Nespresso coffee-maker!). The bathroom seems to have been recently renovated and has also a washing machine.

The owner provides a binder with many information and leaflets on the resort and the internet access is quite fast compared to what we have experienced in other ski resort rentals.

The highlight of the he apartment is certainly its large balcony on the top floor of the building where you can comfortably sit in the sun, having apero or lunch/dinner and enjoy a fantastic view on the Alps.

We are looking forward to come back to this lovely place for our next stay in Alpe d’Huez!

calme et lumineux

la vue est juste magique. la grande terrasse est très agréable nous y avons mangé plusieurs fois le midi et pourtant nous étions en février.

coté ski, pour accèder au télésiège de la grade sure vous avez 30 mètres à faire à la sortie du local à ski et pour les cages à poule du centre station c'est 200 mètres à peine. en haut de la grande sure vous pouvez attaquer par la Marcel Farm pour vous échauffer le matin.

les enfants ont adoré les 2 grands lits superposés. le lave linge sèche linge est trsè pratique avec des enfants cela permet de prendre moins de linge.

l'appartement est au coeur du veil alpe ce qui donne accès à des commerces et des restaurants. vous êtes à 6 minutes à pied de la patinoire.

vraiment un super séjour, nous vous le conseillons.

Bel appartement dans le quartier Vieil Alpe à l'Alpe d'Huez

Bel appartement, bien entretenu, fidèle à la description au 6ème étage d'un immeuble (avec ascenseurs) avec un grand balcon face sud avec vue imprenable des montagnes et le village d'Huez en bas. On peut déjeuner avec plaisir au soleil sur ce balcon même en plein hiver. Un lit double dans une chambre, 2 lits doubles superposés dans un coin montagne, 1 canapé dans le salon. Très confortable à 4, il aurait été peut-être un peu serré à 6. Cuisine assez bien aménagée, très bon WiFi, petit écran télé. Immeuble tout près du télésiège Grande Sure et les paniers du Télécentre. 10-15 mins à pied de la piscine et la patinoire de l'Av des Jeux et ses commerces. 5 mins d'un Casino et des restos/bars/ locations de ski. Grand parking devant l'immeuble. Propriétaire et gérante sur place très aimables et facilement rejoignables. Je vous recommande cet appartement sans hésitation.
