"This was our second time...

"This was our second time in this fantastic appartment and we were more than happy to see, that almost the entire place has undergone serious refurbishing! Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, floors, walls and many details are completely new and state of the art. Last year everything was in mint condition, but now with its improvements it is perfect. And to my surprise the landlords have not raised the price! As already mentioned the first time, the owners are very friendly and absolutely professional. I would always come back!"

"We spent 2 weeks in the apartment (26/09/2011) and had a fantastic holiday. The apartment itself is in one of the best locations in capbreton, 20 seconds from the beach and close to all shops, pharmacy and plenty of restaurants.

Inside the apartment the new renovations are top class...Memory foam mattress beds, leather sofas and new flooring throughout.

The best feature is definitely the massive terrace balcony, this allowed us to eat breakfast lunch and diner outside with plenty of space for sun loungers and kids to play.

One of the best apartments we have stayed in for a family holiday...Highly recommended."

"My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks in August and absolutely LOVED it! The apartment is gorgeous, very well stocked and the large terrace makes you feel you are in a house. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the beach, shopping, etc. We did not have 1 complaint. Highly recommended. We will not hesitate in booking again. Thank you!

"Very nice and clean apartment right at the beach. The over 200m2 terrace with direct sea view is priceless. Terrace access from every room and outdoor shower, which was very convenient after surfing. The apartment is very well equipped. Large HD flatscreen with cable-tv helped us through rainy evenings. Right in the center of charming Capbreton with many restaurant options just footsteps away. The landlords are very professional and friendly. We felt very much at home. We would return anytime."
