La Hacienda Grande is a beautiful colonial Canary house located within a peaceful sub-tropical garden and surrounded by a banana plantation. It was recently attractively renovated as four holiday apartments with spacious comfortable interiors with modern fittings, whilst retaining the original woodwork and style.

It's a perfect place for couples, family and friends looking to relax at the house enjoying the beautiful garden and amazing views to the ocean from the rooftop patio. There are three enormous avocado trees providing vast quantities of fruit which you are welcome to enjoy and take with you.

You are welcome to use the traditional charcoal grill located in the garden.

My name is Chaxi. I have an indigenous name from Tenerife - it means the daughter of the sun. I was born in northern Tenerife. I did a hospitality and Tourism degree and decided to live and work in the UK to gain more experience. After 12 years living overseas (now in Australia) I realised how beautiful Tenerife is, specially La Orotava valley so I decided to buy a traditional Canarian house in the middle of a beautiful banana plantation. I really think this is my favorite place for holidays. Tenerife cuisine, wine, weather and people make a perfect ingredient for the best holidays you can have. My favorite part is meeting different people from all around the world and making them feel so welcome, like home. I can't wait to come back again and share my place with you!

It is an idyllic place to be. Great views, great location, beautiful house and peaceful garden.

There are great restaurants close by where you can taste delicious local gastronomy. Also great local wine, you can taste in Casa del vino the biggest selection of Canary wines.

We are situated just a few minutes from Puerto de la Cruz, in just 5 minutes’ drive you can get to the centre. Also the La Orotava valley is well known as one of the most beautiful valleys in the world.

You can also get to a beautiful volcanic beach called El Bollullo in about 10 minutes.

There is a golf course 5 minutes’ walk from the house.

What makes this apartment unique

It is a beautiful house and lovely garden. Surrounded by a banana plantation and stunning views. It is very close to the north airport. You can find shops, restaurants and supermarket nearby. The most beautiful volcanic sand beaches from Tenerife, El Bollullo and Martianez. Perfect weather! Easy access to many tourist attractions. Private parking.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Elle est très agréable au milieu des bananiers et des avocatiers. La maison est fonctionnelle , très bien équipée, très propre, Annelie est très sympa, et disponible, nous recommandons cette location sans problème, très bien située.

Photo très belle mais le reste ne suit pa

lLa location est conforme aux photos.Cependant l'accès y est très difficile à côté de l'autoroute d'où danger pour rentrer et sortir la voiture qui est indispensable pas de commerces à proximité.Propriétaire pas disponible et grande difficulté pour la remise des clefs.Peut être parce que nous sommes français mais nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette location.Différence énorme avec autre location sur Ténérife !!!!

La prima volta a Tenerife

Il monolocale è molto carino, spazioso, funzionale e pulito. Dotato di confort (lavatrice, forno a microonde, nonchè sdraio sulla terrazza).

Bellissimo il paesaggio che si gode dalla terrazza, in mezzo a bananeti.

La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gentile.

Es un bonito y acogedor apartamento para disfrutar de unas vacaciones. Fabulosas vistas al mar y al Teide. Ubicado en un emplazamiento perfecto para mi gusto ya que no hay aglomeración de gente y accesible a todos los lugares de interés. En definitiva, nos ha encantado y esperamos volver pronto.

"Une belle maison traditionnelle canarienne dans un environnement sympathique (bananeraies). L''appartement était non seulement très propre, avec un équipement fonctionnel mais il est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Un autre atout - les terrasses avec les vues sur El Teide, la vallée de La Orotava, l''Atlantique. Très facile d''accès en voiture, la route n''est pas loin. Un arrêt de bus à 150. Les propriétaires étaient très disposés à nous aider pour régler des problèmes pratiques et nous ont donné des conseils."
