In the heart of the old walled city, enjoy this charming one bedroom apartment, recently renovated with double glazed windows and shutters. Enjoy the healthy and bright appearance; its development has been designed to prevent allergy problem.

Parking Parking is available with card-resident, the ramparts ..

The accommodation is situated in the 2nd floor, in a small four-storey building, close to the shops, a launderette, restaurants and beaches. The market for Corn Exchange seduce you every Tuesday and Friday for its fresh products.

When evening comes, at 22h, recognize the timbre of the Noguette! Tinkle ten hits and a stolen; for six centuries, the time had just for guards to close the doors of the walled city; the chiennetier could then release the hounds on the ramparts, some say, on the beaches outside the city, others say.

The apartment sleeps two two seats each, can accommodate up to four people.

The flat was all over ok but take in consideration you are in the middle of a very touristic city with noise from bars till small ours of night.

it is good for a young couple - you have to lift your luggage 2 flours and for us (over 60) was not simple.

One very big remark: when is said the apartment has parking i understand a parking place connected but this was not the case. Parking there is purely a chance; you may find....or not.

Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement.

C'est une location extrêmement agréable dans un quartier vivant et proche de tout. Les attractions touristiques ainsi que les commerces sont au pied de l'immeuble!!! On ne peut espérer mieux...

Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et très discrets.

L'appartement est impeccable et très bien équipé.

Un coup de coeur pour St-Malo

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à St-Malo. Que dis-je? J'ai adoré! Un réel coup de coeur! Grâce à la gentillesse des propriétaires, de l'appartement et de cet endroit magnifique. Nous avons reçus un accueil des plus chaleureux, l'appartement est propre, confortable et bien équipé. En plus, les propriétaires nous fournissent plusieurs cartes et informations très utiles pour rendre encore plus agréable notre séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé, tout est prêt: l'Office de tourisme, l'épicerie, les restos, les boutiques, la mer, la plage, le vent et les mouettes. Il existe un excellent service d'autobus, à 5 minutes, qui nous amène presque partout. Il faut dire que je n'avais pas de voiture et cela ne m'a pas empêché de visiter la région. Qu'attendez-vous? Allez-y sans plus tarder! Bon séjour!

Quickly and walk to the beaches of Lower Sablons mole of Black, Bon Secours and Furrow!

Visit the Sillon to the Thermes Marins spa or skiing (catamarans, windsurfers, sailing, kite surfing).

The city faces Dinard, at the mouth of the estuary of the Rance tidal power plant bounded by the sea side and Dinan landward 18 km away. To the east is reached Cancale dreaming taste oysters, mussels and seafood. Continue another 30 km to Mont Saint-Michel. Several companies offer boat trips in the bay and the Rance.

Take the coastal paths to Dinard or the tip of the Varde and that of Grouin, Cancale up.

  • The bathroom was completely renovated in December 2015, begins with a cabinet with 2 sinks and storage space for towels. A large mirror above it. A complete shower installation. Isolated toilet complete this bathroom fully tiled (floor and walls). A folding drying rack allows drying laundry next to the window that provides light and ventilation.

  • 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. The room of 12 m2 communicates with the bathroom and WC; it has direct access to the outside (without crossing the living room of 17 m2). This room consists of a bed (slatted base and mattress 20cm high resilience foam Farm, 5 zones) 1.60 x 2 m, large duvet and pillows without feathers. The large window overlooks a beautiful restored façade painted wood classified as historic monuments; the plot is restricted traffic. Bedside with lamp and alarm clock, a wardrobe with drawers, chest of drawers and 4 stools complete the equipment of this room. The second bed is in the living room of 17 m2; Japanese daybed receives a futon cotton and coconut mousse 1.40 mx 2 m with duvets and pillows.

A deposit of € 400 is required upon arrival (normally returned at end of stay). The heating of each room is provided by recent electric radiators inertia (November 2010) with power adjustment in March 2011. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater. The recent stove (November 2010) works with gas safety system and furnace. The walls are painted (in May 2010) without wall coverings. The bathroom is completely renovated (December 2015).
