Three bedroom, three bathroom house facing south with wonderful views of Luberon

Le Chêne is a real 'home from home' house with traditional Provencal features set in its own landscaped garden with private 10 x 5 swimming pool. It's just 750m from the village of St Saturnin Lès Apt and enjoys a superb view of the Luberon and surrounding countryside. Close to our own home, we maintain and equip the house to a high standard. Unlimited wifi, flat screen TV with English & French channels, DVD and I pod dock.

Fully fitted, well equipped kitchen

Master bedroom has a king size bed, full ensuite with bath and shower over. Access to covered roof terrace, which has lovely views of the old chateau of St Saturnin.

Bedroom with twin beds and en suite shower room, ground floor bedroom with king size bed, doors opening to the terrace and garden, shower room adjacent.

Garage and plenty of parking. Laundry area equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. We also provide a cot for babies and a high chair.

Linen and towels (including pool side) are provided. An end of stay clean is included, a mid stay clean can be arranged at an extra cost.

Available for winter lets.

About David Taylor

My back ground before living in France was property, I spent over 25 years in residential estate agency in Surrey, England where I was a partner in a reputable firm for the last 15 years.

Karen has worked at the head office of M&S, also in catering and in property which is where we met in 1997.

Our joint passion for people, property & France led us here in 2005 and I can honestly say we have never looked back!

We were at le Chêne for one week, in October 2015. Nothing wrong with the house, which is nice and

comfortable and nothing wrong with the site which gives you a super view of the area.

I have used vrbo at least 15 times and probably closer to 20 times, maybe more and I usually dealt with good

and responsible owners but in this case, I must outline the outstanding quiet efficiency and courtesy of the owners; they simply RANK NO 1 among those I dealt with.

It was everything we hoped for.

Our two week stay at Le Chene with two other couples in September 2014 was delightful. David & Karen made us feel very welcome and the house was meticulously clean and very well provisioned. The covered outside areas were perfect for outdoor entertaining, with such lovely views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook up a storm when we felt so inclined, although it was an easy walk to the village for provisions or to eat out at several excellent restaurants. David was most helpful in giving us ideas of places to visit near and far which added immensely to our experience of this beautiful part of Provence. Thank you David & Karen for a wonderful holiday!
