Ideal for retiring from British winters, and conveniently situated 10 minutes on foot from the beach for summer sun seekers, the apartments are well placed in the centre of Torremolinos, whether you want to explore the delights of the night life or of Andalucia, or just want to stay put in the sun on the terrace, by the 3 pools in the extensive communal gardens, or on the beach. A car is not necessary: you are a short train or taxi ride from Malaga airport and you have only to take the lift to the street for the bars, clubs and many good restaurants of the clubbing centre of the Costa del Sol. With a car, you are ideally placed for sight seeing, from the coast to Seville, Cordoba and Granada.

Well appointed and comfortable, with TV, DVD etc, modern kitchens and bathrooms, large sitting rooms with dining area, and good sized terraces with sun-loungers. In the larger apartments, additional shower-room and WC. Hot/cold air conditioning. Safes. Parking is available for hire separately.

All apartments are very well equipped, and include Wi-Fi broadband and Internet TV, UK and other countries.

Overlooking the lively main square from the sitting room terrace and the tranquil gardens from the bedroom terrace, this apartment offers the best of both worlds, and easy lift access to the street level shops and bars. There are tables and chairs on each terrace, and awnings for shade when needed. The apartment is recently refurbished throughout in modern style. The sitting room has a sofa-bed and a dining table and chairs. There is Freeview satellite TV and a DVD / CD player.

It sleeps 2 in the double bedroom (and 2 on the sofa bed) with ample wardrobe space and a safe. Hot and cold air-conditioning throughout makes it pleasant the whole year round. There is a full bathroom (with shower over).

There is a compact but fully equipped kitchen, with a hob with 2 rings, combination microwave oven with grill, fridge and washing machine.

Wi-Fi broadband included, and Internet TV (UK and other countries' channels)

La Casita: Lovely apartment, great location.

We had a wonderful stay in La Casita in La Nogalera.

Trish was really helpful all the way through the booking process and

when we arrived she met us at the station, took us to our apartment and gave us a quick tour.

The apartment was very clean, tidy and the furniture is all pretty modern - it's a very comfortable place to stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is a good size. All of the rooms have nice big mirrors.

There was Sky TV when we stayed which was nice. Although there was no internet access in the apartment we were able to buy access to a wifi hotspot for a couple of euros.

The location is great - it's in the centre of town right next to the subway, there are loads of gay clubs under the La Nogalera complex and the beach is a couple of minutes away.

Overall very happy with our stay and hopefully we'll return to La Nogalera again!

Perfect choice in Torremolinos

We were VERY happy with our stay in La Casita in Nogalera apartments. The complex is very attractive, with 3 pools, one large, one medium and one childrens'. The week we stayed, end of August, there was always plenty of room round all pools, no shortage of recliners, umbrellas etc. Good mix of people. It suits everyone, families, elderly, gays, wheelchair-users. One verandah overlooks peaceful lawns, front overlooks main square, you can enjoy the evening shows & life, but still enjoy quiet if you close the window. Perfect location in middle of town, shops, bars etc right outside. It was everything we hoped for when booking. Disadvantages: none to speak of. Beach is 10 minutes walk away, and down steps, but we found it much better to be right in town. Some people may not care for the 1970s style 'concrete-chic', but it's very well maintained & attractive. Torremolinos itself is much better than many people think - great mix of people from all over Europe, lots of Spanish holiday-makers too, all ages.

My friend and I stayed in La Casita over the new year 2008/9. It's a great space and really convenient for visiting the town centre. It features is the two balconies. One overlooks the town square, enabling you be be part of what;s going on without every leaving the house, while the other opens onto the central lawn of the apartment complex, affording a quiet space to rest and relax. I look forward to visiting again one summer and enjoying the best weather Spain has to offer.

Un séjour joyeux et confortable

Nous avons passé, à deux, huit jours extrêmement agréables dans l'appartement de La Casita, situé en zone piétonnière au centre de Torremolinos, à proximité immédiate du train de banlieue (Cercanias) et des commodités du quartier (terrasses, boulangers, supermarchés, rues commerçantes animées et agréables).

Le complexe immobilier de La Nogalera offre en outre le calme constant de son espace agrémenté de pelouses et de piscines (la plus grande est fermée hors saison, mais l'autre est tout à fait convenable et a fait le bonheur de ma femme, pourtant grande nageuse...).

Le centre de la ville domine le littoral du haut de sa colline. La descente vers la plage et ses longues promenades prend moins de 10 minutes et la remontée, pour les moins vaillants, peut se faire en partie par ascenseur.

L'appartement lui-même est spacieux, en particulier grâce à ses deux balcons, l'un du côté du soleil du matin, l'autre à l'opposé, vers la Place de la Nogalera paisiblement animée. Nous avions craint, avant d'arriver, d'être dérangés par le bruit nocturne des bars avoisinants: il n'en a rien été. L'appartement, même s'il est situé au rez-de chaussée (étage 0 de l'ascenseur, mais plus haut que le niveau de la place), est très bien insonorisé et nos nuits étaient tranquilles.

La chambre à coucher, côté jardin, est vaste et bien meublée.

La salle de bains est impeccable, la climatisation parfaite, le wifi sans problème..

La cuisine, comme le reste, est bien fournie. Elle est certes exiguë, ce qui donne l'excellente excuse de ne pas y travailler à deux...

Le salon, du côté de la Place, est clair et confortable, doté d'un canapé convertible. Il y manquait toutefois, lors de notre séjour, l'un des deux stores de la porte-fenêtre, ce qui ne nous a surpris mais aucunement dérangés. Côté réticence, je signalerais que la télévision n'y est offerte qu'en anglais: pas d'espagnol ! Mais la télévision est bonne pour les jours de pluie, et il ne pleut (presque) jamais à Torremolinos.

Bref, voilà un appartement que nous avons aimé occuper et où nous retournerions sans aucune hésitation.

Simply wonderfull!!!!

We stayed in La Casita apartment during this last week from 21 august and i just want to use a word to describe how it was to stay there: FANTASTIC!!!! Trish is a really gentle owner, she showed us everything in the house at out arrival. In this apartment there is everything you need, it is clean and spaceous, it is at the ground entering from the residence, infact the inner terrace is in the garden of the residence la nogalera, then entering from the street it is a first floor, with another terrace on the main square, where in the evening there are a lots of people in to the bars and restaurant around the square. Sometimes there are also shows and concert that you can see and hear from the balcony. But if you close the windows, there is a good sistem of glasses isolation from noise, and if you stay inside it is a quite apartment. So the location in perfect! It offers everything you would do. there is no more central location than La Nogalera!! The underground station in under the building, you can see it from the balcony so it is just 100 meters away if you dont use a car. The residence is very well managed, on the pool there is a lifeguard, there are beautiful gardens, and a security service, infact all the gates to enter in to La Nogalera, are closed for the strangers, you can enter only if resident and if you have keys. The Bajondillo beach is a ten minutes walking distance, there is a "camino de la playa" to arrive down to the beach or you can use an elevator as well. In the house there is also a sofa bed, a confortalble double bed, two big wardrobe, a lot of lights, air conditioning, a lot of towels for bath, a strongbox, a fridge, stove, microwaves oven and a little normal oven, an high tech washing machine and a lot of dishes and glasses, iron, hairdryer, and every little thing and more you could need in a vacation house. I really loved it!!! There is no doubt, next time i will come in torremolinos i will come in "la casita"!!!! So Trish, thank you very wuch for this fantastic opportunity, i really was lucky to find your apartment available for my holiday! see you soon!!

Now renewed as a major destination for the Spanish, with the building of the 'Ave' high speed rail link from Madrid, Torremolinos is well suited for beach holidays, night-life and tourism.

Even though it is in the centre of the town, and therefore very convenient for all facilities, the Nogalera development's innovative design means that the apartments are above extensive private communal grounds, suspended over the roads and shops, with gardens and three pools including one for children.

Whist sunbathing and relaxing there, you will be unaware of the streets below, teeming with restaurants, bars, and clubs; but the private lifts take you there in a moment. Just a short walk, via steps or lifts, and the beaches have all the usual activities, and there are water parks and wildlife parks nearby.

A short journey by train brings you to Malaga with its Picasso Museum, Cathedral and ancient forts. With a car you can eat in the restaurants in the delightful small port of Cabo Pino, or the grander Puerto Banus.

Or go up into the hills to explore the pretty towns of Benalmadena Pueblo or Mijas, with its donkey taxis, or take in some of the white-washed hill villages, or venture further afield to visit the sights at the historically important cities of Granada, Cordoba and Seville.
