On the 7th floor, with lifts to all floors and down to the garden and street levels, this apartment is south west facing so that it gets the afternoon sun on the terrace. There are two sun loungers and a table and 4 chairs on the terrace. The apartment is decorated in Andalucian style, with a large sitting room, with sofa, sofa-bed and two arm chairs and a dining table and chairs for 4. There is Freeview satellite TV and a DVD, video and CD player.

It sleeps 2 in the double bedroom (with ample wardrobe space and hot and cold air-conditioning) and 2 on the sofa bed in an area (with wardrobe space) at the back of the sitting room that can be curtained off for privacy. Safe.

Newly refurbished, there is a full bathroom (with shower over), and a separate shower-room both with WC.

There is a small but fully equipped kitchen, with two halogen rings, oven with grill, and a microwave. There is a tall fridge freezer, and a washing machine.

Ideal for retiring from British winters, and conveniently situated 10 minutes on foot from the beach for summer sun seekers, the apartments are well placed in the centre of Torremolinos, whether you want to explore the delights of the night life or of Andalucia, or just want to stay put in the sun on the terrace, by the 3 pools in the extensive communal gardens, or on the beach. A car is not necessary: you are a short train or taxi ride from Malaga airport and you have only to take the lift to the street for the bars, clubs and many good restaurants of the clubbing centre of the Costa del Sol. With a car, you are ideally placed for sight seeing, from the coast to Seville, Cordoba and Granada.

Well appointed and comfortable, with TV, DVD etc, modern kitchens and bathrooms, large sitting rooms with dining area, and good sized terraces with sun-loungers. In the larger apartments, additional shower-room and WC. Hot/cold air conditioning. Safes. Parking is available for hire separately.

All apartments are very well equipped, and include Wi-Fi broadband and Internet TV, UK and other countries.

The perfect apartment in the perfect getaway

This was our second stay in this beautiful apartment and it will not be our last. The location is central and easy to find, the apartment is incredibly well equipped and wonderfully comfortable and the welcome from Trish is just the icing on the cake. Thank you Trish, we'll be back.

What a wonderful find !!

This property fully lived up to expectations. All was as described and as Trish had said was completely suitable for my mother, who uses a wheelchair. The facilities were great - 2 adult pools and a childrens pool together with pool bar which also served food. The property is in a central location but no issues with noise.I have visited Torremolinos many times and hope to stay here on any future visits.

Home from Home!!

Just returned from this wonderful apartment!! Was truly a home from home. Trish met us from the train station and gave us a truly hospitable welcome. It is perfectly situated in the centre of town and only a short walk to the beach although the pools were more than adequate.

The apartment was spotlessly clean with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again and am already thinking when I can go next.

Most convenient location ! Center of Torremolinos

We found this apartment about 5 years ago and have been returning here ever since. sometimes twice a year.

Convenient location in center of town - large apartment (could host up to 4 people.

1 Bedroom with sperate bath room and 1 more bathroom in the apartment.

Large balcony with partly sea view.

very close - stairs down to the beach, a very nice coffee shop right next to the apartment building for breakfast (toast abount 3€ coffee con leche 1.70€)

The gay bars are in the ground floor of the building - down with the elevator and

you are right in the middle of the bars.

Trish and Cathy are most helpful and make you feel home.

We will continue to stay there, rates and service are at best !

home from home luxury

This place is in a fantastic location right in the heart of San Miguel square. Your surrounded by the buzz and hype yet only a 10 minute walk down to the beach. The apartment truly is home from home, all the little luxuries have been thought of - iPod docking station, full kitchen utensils, satellite tv and DVDs. The apartment was immaculate with fresh bedding and the most fluffy towels. I would definitely recommend it, we're actually booked to go back again. The English owner comes to greet you and settles you in. Make sure you visit Katmandhu the Indian restaurant opposite it's great food. So much to love abut this spacious apartment, it's definitely one of the best we've stayed in.

Now renewed as a major destination for the Spanish, with the building of the 'Ave' high speed rail link from Madrid, Torremolinos is well suited for beach holidays, night-life and tourism.

Even though it is in the centre of the town, and therefore very convenient for all facilities, the Nogalera development's innovative design means that the apartments are above extensive private communal grounds, suspended over the roads and shops, with gardens and three pools including one for children.

Whist sunbathing and relaxing there, you will be unaware of the streets below, teeming with restaurants, bars, and clubs; but the private lifts take you there in a moment. Just a short walk, via steps or lifts, and the beaches have all the usual activities, and there are water parks and wildlife parks nearby.

A short journey by train brings you to Malaga with its Picasso Museum, Cathedral and ancient forts. With a car you can eat in the restaurants in the delightful small port of Cabo Pino, or the grander Puerto Banus.

Or go up into the hills to explore the pretty towns of Benalmadena Pueblo or Mijas, with its donkey taxis, or take in some of the white-washed hill villages, or venture further afield to visit the sights at the historically important cities of Granada, Cordoba and Seville.
