"The apartment was in a perfect location for visiting this wonderful city. We were late arriving but were met at exactly the (rearranged) agreed time. Marc and Alessandra were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was perfectly laid out with everything we needed - and is just above one of the nicest restaurants in Bologna! The area is very pleasant and calm. You could not want a better place to stay."
Lovely little apartment on a beautiful street in "the center, feels like a home, quiet, cozy, well-lit. 10 min walk to the Piazza Maggiore, good bus nearby direct to train station. Owners very friendly and available. Good internet connection. Extremely good kitchen with large refrigerator and tons of cooking utensils like at home. Very practical, with lots of storage space and hanging space to put clothes and travel stuff. Only drawback could be three flights up to the apartment and three steps down from sleeping alcove, perhaps not suitable for unsteady guests, but otherwise highly recommendable."
"This is a great little apartment in a perfect location, everything in Bologna is within walking distance. the apartment is very well equipped, clean and the bed was comfortable. The only slight downside was the lack of air conditioning but there were a number of fans to compensate and the fact that the bed was on a raised platform which was fine during the day but you had to be very careful at night. However, these are two small things and I would certainly rent this apartment the next time we come to Bolognaand recommend it to others."
"The apartment was very nicely fitted out with quality appliances etc but with the toilet inside the shower space, it was not very convenient with a wet floor/toilet seat after a shower. The double bed with access on one side only would be ok for a few nights but staying a month & crawling over the other person in the bed is a bit much.
Contrary to the desciption in the advertisement, the apartment does not have any view or outlook except into a shared light/ventilation well at the rear of the building - certainly not a town view as stated in the web site".
"To anyone considering renting this studio apartment, go for it! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in this bright, clean little home with great access to the city centre. The owners were both lovely and very helpful".
"Absolutely brilliant place to stay - just loved it!! Excellence on every level. Superb design, great atmosphere. Every little comfort has been thought of, even electrical sockets everywhere you could wish for one!
Very clean and quiet, central location, with bus stop across the road and one of Bologna's best cafes/pasticceria directly downstairs. AND Alessandra and Marc are the most wonderful renters you could wish for! Genuinely caring, helpful and totally reliable :-)"
