A lovely spacious 2 bed apartment sleeping upto 5 people. A large lounge that is well furnished and satellite TV, sliding doors opening onto a large terrrace overlooking the harbour of Los Cristianos. A well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed & sliding doors opening onto the terrace with ensuite facilities & wardrobe closet. The 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe & plenty of drawer space. Another large bathroom with bath/shower facilities. The apartment is ideally situated on the Port Royale complex, a quiet beautifully kept complex with large swimming pool & sun area, sun lounges and umbrellas. There is an Italian restaurant on site & also laundry facilities. A good supermarket is nearby and the centre of Los Cristianos and beach only a 15 min. walk away. Port Royale has the advantage of being near a lovely harbour town but away from the day to day bustle, making it a quiet location for you to enjoy. Free late check out time available.

Port Royale is on the edge of the fishing harbour town of Los Cristianos situated 15 mins. drive from Tenerife South Airport, which has good shops and a wide range of restaurants to accommodate every one's taste and pocket. There is an excellent standard of cuisine throughout (recommendations are noted in the apartment). Plenty of lovely safe beaches with many water sports available. There is a wealth of places to visit, all easily accessible by car, bus or by foot. There are about 5 golf courses nearby (details in the apartment)

A very pleasant surprise.

The property was just what we were looking for. Access directly from the road, swimming pool near to our door with plenty of sun beds and shades, with plenty of room.

2 very nice restaurants within 100 metres and a well stocked supermarket about 150 metres.

Comfortable lounge and internet installed while we were there. Sky TVs channels.......for when we decided to eat in. Plenty of crockery, utensils and glasses.

The double bed was too hard for my liking but got used to it after a few nights. The only other thing, the kitchen stools were a bit unstable and we didn't have a hex screwdriver to tighten them......not a problem as we ate outside most of the time.

Excellent apartment

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this apartment, the last time was about 9 years ago. It was wonderful to return, the pool area has been refurbished and there are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas available. The secruity around the pool is good as the gates are locked at night and not re-opened until the morning. There is also a water dispenser on site and for only 50c you can have 5 litres of water, saves bringing up large containers from the supermarket. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchen and, although we didn't use it, there is now a wahsing machine which could be very useful if staying for a long period. The apartment was as we remembered, clean and with plenty of towels.

What is especially lovely is the flexible approach of the owner, flexible nights of stay, her quick response to emails, easy payment and use of electronic methods to get all info over to us. Also, letting us stay in the apartment all day on our last day as our flight was not until the evening. She was able to do this as the apartment was free until the day after we left. This made our last day so much easier.

The resort is lovely, great beaches, great shopping, great places to eat. We would love to go back for a fith time.

Great apartment, wheelchair friendly complex.

Very nice well equipped apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything you need for a self catering holiday is there. Very friendly complex and suitable for wheelchair users also. Nice quiet pool area with no need to queue up/push and shove for sun loungers/parasols. Good communication from owner, problems with apartment key availability which was sorted out quite quickly by management company, owner extremely apologetic even though it was beyond their control. Double bed is a bit hard but that is personal preference. Small supermarket very close to apartment but would recommend Dino supermarket (under manhattan bar) if you can handle the climb back up the hill (cheaper and wider range). A car is not needed at this property but I would recommend a car if planning multiple trips down to the town. Taxi from airport 25 euros, down to the front from port royale between 4 and 5 euros. The only thing the apartment is in need of is A/C. The ceiling fans do their best but in august especially A/C would be very welcoming. Worth mentioning to any future bookers, you can hire portable air conditioning units from a local company for your stay which again I would recommend anyone holidaying in August seriously consider. Would not hesitate to book again.

Great stay, what you pay for

The owner Sue was lovely and reassuring when booking the apartment.

On arrival the apartment was clean and tidy, everything you needed for a holiday although I thought there was a hairdryer and there wasn't. Small TV in living area but great channels.

The double bed was uncomfy for us as it was too hard but we swapped to the single beds room and they were better but that meant the mother in law was on the sofa bed.

It's a lovely area but didn't quite realise the steep hill so we walked down but generally got a taxi back up the hill, but we didn't mind. Great places to eat nearby, no need to venture far all the time.

The pool area is lovely and there was always a sun bed to hand. Could have done to be a bar or snacks bar at the pool area, looks like there was one but shut.

Overall a great stay and value for money.

Absolutely fantastic

The apartment is lovely and spacious and fully equipped. Nicely situated. The pool area is great. The closest restaurant is 2 mins away and has fantastic food. The service is amazing too. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Lovely spacious apartment with amazing balcony!

The apartment was exactly as described and as viewed in pictures, It was very spacious, clean and had all the facilities you could ever require. The view from the enormous balcony was excellent, watching the sunset with a glass of wine or two was fantastic after a day in the sun. The pool area is one of the nicest we have ever experienced and no trouble getting a sunbed whatever time of day. Susan was extremely easy to deal with and provided excellent customer service prior and throughout our stay. I would not hesitate in staying there again or recommending it to others. We found the location excellent, away from the hustle and bustle but easy walking distance to restaurants /bars. We ate in several different restaurants within 10 mins walk and the food was excellent in them all. It is about a 20min walk to the beach downhill going and uphill coming back. However you only need to go that far to go to the beach everything else is on your doorstep so no need to venture there on an evening. We had an amazing holiday and can't wait to go back.
