Your place of residence 'la Baie de la Mediterranée' is located on the French Riviera between Cannes and St Raphael. The place is secure and access is controled by individual fobs.

You will enjoy the beautiful garden with flowers and palm trees and take advantage of a swimming pool and a padding pool. The pool area is surounded by security barriers.

A private parking lot is reserved for your car in the residence's underground garage.

The housework at the end of your stay is included.

One bedroom flat (1 bedroom and 1 living room) 35 m2 for 4 pax in Théoule sur Mer, sand beach, swimming pool, beautiful sea view + 18m² terrace south oriented, private parking lot.

The flat is on the second floor.

From the entrance, a small corridor brings you to the bedroom equipped with a double bed and a flat TV.

This room is always fresh, thanks to its north orientation.

Then a large closet, a bathroom with a tube, private toilets.

The south oriented living room is including the kitchen (big fridge and freezer; microwave, oven, diswasher, washing machine) and a place to rest with a confortable sofa, flat TV screen, DvD player.

A large window lets you in the 18m2 terrace with a shine and a BBQ. From there, you will enjoy the breath taking view on the sea, the beach, La Figuerette small yatch port and the Estérel mountain.

Cleaning at the end of your holidays is inclued.

We are a 5 persons' familly from the suburbs of Paris.

Visiting my brother in Mandelieu la Napoule, we discovered the city of Théoule-sur-mer.

It's a small sea front city, very nice, quiet, with reasonable buildings and in the same time just minutes away to Cannes' animations.

We have spent most of our holidays in Théoule-sur-Mer before to decide to move in during the summer 2013.

We were looking for a flat with a sea view, really close to the beach, a swimming pool and a parking lot for the car.

We immediately falled in love with this residence and this flat and decided to buy it in just a few days.

The sea view, the beach 2 minutes away by foot, the swimming pool let you really enjoy your holidays.

What makes this apartment unique

The main advantage of this flat is at first his large terrace south oriented facing the sea. This terrace is the room where you will have your meals, you will rest or you will enjoy the asthoning sea view.

Then, the beach, restaurants and all beach activities are just 2 minutes away by foot... Just leave the car in the garage and enjoy your holidays !

Great location - nice amenities

We stayed at the 2 br apartment for a week in July 12. It was lovely. The view from the balcony is priceless, and you practically have to walk through the pool to get to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped (we cooked a beautful meal almost every night there) though one must bring even the basics (e.g. coffee filters). The gent running the flat was VERY accomodating with us and our needs. It was fun trying to communicate.

More on the flat (2 bedroom version): the bath and master BR is upstairs. as is the patio and bbq. we used the bbq every night, a BIG plus in my book. the kids room (3 beds - bunk beds then a trundle) is downstairs just inside the doors. there are a lot of steps between the parking garage and the flat - but hey, the price you pay for the view. Note with the pool - there are no 'public' chairs for use, so you have to lug them up and down from the flat. The table is on the patio where every meal simply MUST be eaten.

There is no AC, nor is there WIFI. BUT there are fans for use and they helped quite a bit.

For the active types that might want to run or hike, there are some SPECTACULAR trails right behind the house (esterel). The trails can actually take you in the theoule sur mer proper then a hike back.

Walking the roads is not very recommended, as there is little to no sidewalk. However, in the direction of st. rafeal (away from TSM) there is a daily grocery that will begrudgingly sell you some good bread and some of the essentials.

On the beach: Across the road is a nice restaurant that runs a private beach. It is the one closest to the flat. Then there is a public beach that gets jammed on weekends with locals. The furthest is another private beach run by 'le panama' restaurant. There is another public beach then a boat rental place (bat'ski). each time we were at the beach, we either stayed at le panama with the sun beds or at the public beach. We rented paddle boards and kayaks from bat'ski (great guys!). We found that the restaurant/beach closest to the house was nice, but not very friendly. The folks at le panama seemed to care that you were there.

The accommodation was as described. The apartment was clean, well presented, south facing with a view of the sandy bay and harbor. Secure garage for the car. On coast road served by public transport. Miramar is a quiet resort well placed for touring the Cote de Azur, appreciating the rugged coastline to the west and yet easy access to the popular resorts to the east and also the inland hillside villages.

  • The flat has a double bed and two individuals beds. The bedroom's window has a shutter roller for more darkness during the night. It's north oriented so you will sleep in a smooth temperature. Interior's decoration is highlighted by two bedside tables and lamps. In the living room, a sofa can be transformed in : * one individual bed (90x200) or * two individuals beds (90x200) or * a double bed (180x200). Temperature stay cool because the flat has windows on both north and south fronts. A big fan is hung to the living room's ceiling.
