The high-class apartments are situated in an authentic stone-built bastide, located in a calm residential neighbourhood of Saint-Raphaël. View of the sea (only from the 2-room apartment), air-conditioned, ideally located between Cannes and Saint-Tropez. The very comfortable and entirely refurbished apartments offer a neat decoration and quality facilities. Located behind the railway line and the Cornice Road (along Saint-Raphaël’s seafront), the sea is at walking distance. Supervised sandy beach (Péguière) or pebble beach (Santa Lucia) nearby. Villa Rosaland, located in Saint-Raphaël (between the Boulouris and Santa Lucia Harbour districts) is enclosed by an automatic coded gate. An on-ground parking spot for one car is reserved for our tenants. The location combines charm and calmness and benefits from tranquillity for a convivial and relaxing stay, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, the port, and the Cornice Road. Very comfortable apartment, ideally located, entirely renovated, with quality facilities and a neat decoration. The property is enclosed by an automatic coded gate. An on-ground parking spot for one car is reserved for our tenants. "We found this apartment absolutely lovely, clean, quiet and with a little ground floor patio surrounded by plants, where we had our meals. Danielle et Raymond were friendly, helpful, charming people who also respected our privacy. The local beach is a walk away but the centre of town is a bit further and one must have a car to be able to get around easily. We would love to stay here again - it was a real oasis."

Die Ferienwohnûng ist ein Wahrhaftiges Schmûckstûck.ln eine schônen gepfegten grûnen,blûmingen Umgebung ist alles perfekt.Der Strand ist in ca.7Min zû Fuss erreichbar.Die Besitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend und geben gerne Auskûnft .Ein super Aufenthalt.

Des vacances réussies !!!!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce studio tout confort, bien équipé et climatisé !!!! Petits déjeuners en terrasse tous les matins, des vraies vacances.

Les propriétaires Danielle et Raymond sont aux petits soins, disponibles, tout en restant discrets. Ils sont parfaits !!!!!

Pour l’environnement, nous avons été très agréablement surpris. Une petite plage accessible à pieds et beaucoup d'autres (sable, galets, ou petites criques) à quelques minutes en voiture dans une circulation fluide.

Nous avons trouvé le parfait équilibre entre le repos des lieux et les animations de la ville de Saint-Raphaël.

A recommander sans hésitation .

Tout simplement paradisiaque

Magnifique location, d'une propreté irréprochable. Les propriétaires sont adorables et sont au petit soin, ils restent néanmoins très discrets et l'on se sent vraiment chez soi.

Je recommande vraiment cette location qui est proche de la plage. Les commerces ne sont pas loin, d'autant que l'on circule très bien en voiture (nous y étions pourtant en haute saison!). Nous y retournons l'année prochaine, c'est sûr!
