Danny and Raymond offer a 2 single-bedroom apartments and a studio for rent

The high-class apartments are situated in an authentic stone-built bastide, located in a calm residential neighbourhood of Saint-Raphaël. View of the sea (only from the 2-room apartment), air-conditioned, ideally located between Cannes and Saint-Tropez. The very comfortable and entirely refurbished apartments offer a neat decoration and quality facilities. Located behind the railway line and the Cornice Road (along Saint-Raphaël’s seafront), the sea is at walking distance. Supervised sandy beach (Péguière) or pebble beach (Santa Lucia) nearby. Villa Rosaland, located in Saint-Raphaël (between the Boulouris and Santa Lucia Harbour districts) is enclosed by an automatic coded gate. An on-ground parking spot for one car is reserved for our tenants. The location combines charm and calmness and benefits from tranquillity for a convivial and relaxing stay, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, the port, and the Cornice Road. The apartment is located on a beautiful ground, in a Provencal stone bastide and in a calm residential neighbourhood of Saint-Raphaël, in the heart of the French Riviera between Cannes and Saint-Tropez. Very comfortable apartment, ideally located, entirely renovated, with quality facilities and a neat decoration. The property is enclosed by an automatic coded gate. An on-ground parking spot for one car is reserved for our tenants. The location combines charm and calmness and benefits from tranquillity for a convivial and relaxing stay, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, the port, and the Cornice Road. However, it is still located close to the sea and the city centre of Saint-Raphaël.

The apartment is absolutely excellent

We had the most wonderful stay recently in the T2 apartment. The warmth of the greeting and hospitality throughout our stay from the owners Danielle and Raymond will remain long in our thoughts.

The apartment is absolutely excellent, fully equipped to an exceptional standard and is a very good size. Whatever your leisure interests it is all available very locally. The beach, the sea and harbour are very close by and the Massif de l'Esterel is perfect for cycling and walking.

Danielle and Raymond provided lots of valuable information throughout our stay and they were also very patient with our attempts at speaking French!

We recommend Villa Rosaland highly it scores 10 out of 10 and we cannot wait to make a return visit!

Un super séjour.

Pour la deuxième année de suite, nous avons passé deux semaines en juillet dans l'appartement T2 situé dans cette magnifique propriété. Tout était parfait. L'appartement est toujours aussi fonctionnel, agréable et idéalement situé. A deux pas des plages et à 10 minutes à pied du port Santa Lucia. Il y a aussi de belles balades à faire dans le massif de l’Estérel ainsi que le long du littoral. Les propriétaires Raymond et Danielle sont charmants et pleins de bons conseils. Y compris pour les restaurants.

La bonne surprise, il est très aisé de circuler de Saint-Raphaël jusqu'à Agay...même en haute saison.

Pour résumer, nous nous sommes régalés et nous n'avons déjà qu'une envie: y revenir l'année prochaine !

Un super séjour

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cet appartement T2 du 8 au 22 juillet 2017.

C'est la deuxième année de suite que nous venons. Avec toujours autant de plaisir.

Rosaland est une magnifique propriété. Tout est parfait. La propreté, les équipements et la vue de la terrasse.

Cet appartement est vraiment très fonctionnel et la climatisation est un plus lors des fortes chaleurs.

La situation aussi est géniale. Il est possible d'aller vers plusieurs plages à pied (10 minutes max). Il y a aussi de belles balades à faire dans le massif de l’Estérel ainsi que le long du littoral. Les propriétaires Raymond et Danielle sont charmants et pleins de bons conseils. Notamment pour les restaurants.

La bonne surprise, il est très aisé de circuler de Saint-Raphaël jusqu'à Agay...même en haute saison.

Une fois de plus nous nous sommes régalés et nous n'avons déjà qu'une envie, y revenir !
