Barcelona from churches to churros!
We found the apartment easily and it is conveniently located near Metro, shops, local markets and Sagrada Familia. Carolina was there to meet us when we arrived. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the Carrer de Padilla neighborhood. We loved Barcelona on our first trip! The accommodations were clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our party of three. Gracias!
I was very pleased with the property very good location, clean and tidy excellent condition and well equipped, I will recommend this property
La Sagrada Familia Apartment Flat - Barcelona, Spain
Traveling to Barcelona for the first time we were very satisfied with the central location of the apartment as it was in the heart of the Sagrada Familia neighborhood. However the hot water heater did break midway through our stay and did not work for 2-3 days which was inconvenient. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for the three of us, but the building was definitely not sound-proof (as stated in the overview) and you could hear almost everything happening in floors above and below you. Would definitely recommend if you are trying to stay in the heart of Barcelona, right around the corner from the famous La Sagrada Familia church, which was stunning to look at each time you saw it. Overall, the owner/manager Carolina was very helpful and understanding when we contacted her. Thank you for letting us stay here, we enjoyed our 8 days in Barcelona would definitely come back again!
Great apartment Great location. Need for supervision of cleaning staff is a must. Would stay again.
Location, location, location. Metro near by, L3 will take you to University Plaza (one street from Plaza Catalunya and The Rambla. But more importante, you wake up to smell of bread and coffee in every corner, restaurants and shops everywhere with less corpus than those mentioned before. And you just turn a corner and your Jaw will drop when you see “ La Sagrada Familia” went with a friend that doesn’t even believe in electricity and she started crying. Great Italian restaurants where you can eat great food at great

The “ Gracia” area, spectacular. Or take the S1 strait to Terrassa which is a very charming university town. Go to Terrassa when college session is on, outside that time it’s a gost town. You can also take “El Ave” (fast train) to other spectacular cities such as Marselle. Or go on to Paris, London. Lisboa,
Good position and spacious - a few small niggles
Good position, spacious and close to public transport and tourist sights. I think professional cleaners would be a better idea between guests rather than allowing tenants to clean after their stay in lieu of the cleaning fee (even though we opted for the self-clean option too). Having a few little things like a chopping board, some soap at the hand basin and plenty of toilet paper would be nice extras. Also, I was a little annoyed that the manager got stuck in traffic so couldn't meet us at the end of our stay to give us our bond back before we had to go to catch our train. The bond was refunded to our bank instead, but a significant amount of it was deducted for international bank fees, so we received quite a bit less. However, overall it was a good apartment.
Nice and Roomy
Nice two bed roms apartment with a living room and a kitchen, not to mention the laundry room. We stayed as a family of four and there are plenty space to move around.
PRO: Roomy, close to Sangrada Familia. Metro is close by.
CON: A lot of traffic noise, but we are right in the downtown of Barcelone.
