This 54 M2 flat , ideal charming place for your stay in Paris is both functional and cosy and can accommodate up to 6 people. The 8 windows provide optimum natural lighting from any room.
It has been entirely renovated and equipped with top-of-the-range wooden windows with double glazing, a front door with sound and thermal insulation, a solid oak floor, a mechanical programmed ventilation, heating systems that can be preset, and with a sofa-bed with a specific daily use. ALL the furniture and facilities are brand new.
The bathroom is entirely made of natural stones, including a bench built in the shower, assuring a relaxing atmosphere. The toilet separate from the bathroom are equipped with a washbasin.
Direct access to buses, subway and shopping mall , a 300 meters walk on a wide busy pavement, ideal for late homecomings.

Apartment: A clean and comfortable apartment for a short or longer stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with a midsize deep freezer – a special shop for deepfreeze meals is around the corner. The beds were large enough and comfortable, not always guarantied in France. The noise isolation was very good so that you almost hear nothing from life outside. Heating was very sufficient. The parking place is a underground car park, very secure and a 5min walk away.
Location: The location is very good in mid of a village-like part of Paris – a lot to discover - with numerous restaurants, small market shops and shopping mall near by. Very good connections via near metro stations. Market 3 times a week direct in front.
Nach einer Woche mit meiner Familie hier im Apartment hier eine Zusammenfassung:
Apartment: Sauber und komfortable für kurze und längere Aufenthalte. Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet sogar mit einem mittelgroßen Tiefkühlschrank – ein entsprechendes Geschäft mit fertigen TK-Gerichte ist um die Ecke. Betten sind groß genug und bequem – was in Frankreich nicht immer garantiert ist. Die Fensterisolation ist sehr gut, so dass man fast nichts vom Leben vor der Tür mit bekommt. Der Parkplatz ist in einer Tiefgarage, gut abgesichert und nur 5min entfernt.
Lage: Die Lage ist sehr gut in einem dorfähnlichem Stadtteil von Paris – wo man viel entdecken kann – mit vielen Restaurants kleinen Geschäften und einem Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung via naher Metrostationen. Dreimal die Woche Markt direkt vor der Tür.

Very comfortable for our family of four and in an ideal location (with the market downstairs three mornings a week, mall, choice of two metro stops and ease of access to Montparnasse) but quiet thanks to the double-glazing. We felt like we could live as Parisiennes for the week and sometimes even thought twice about going out sightseeing so we could soak up the local atmosphere. The owner, Guy, was most thoughtful and helpful when he heard, before we did, of a potentially major impediment to our travel plans."

"The apartment was very clean and the updates were great. The internet connection and TV weren't working while we were there, but I'm sure the owner has since fixed the issue. For someone visiting Paris for the first time who speaks no French, this location wasn't ideal. But for someone who is familiar with Paris and the language, it would be great. I felt safe in the area and loved having the Metro so close. All-in-all, it was a great experience."
Very easy access from ORLY AND CDG airports with the RER B, station Denfert Rochereau.
The flat is ideally located in the picturesque district of La Butte aux Cailles, close to the main cultural and touristic places of Paris. You will find 300 meters away the subway, the buses, and the shopping mall ITALIE 2 with its Department Store PRINTEMPS, its supermaket CARREFOUR and its 130 shops.
You will find as well one of the largest markets in Paris , three days a week.
This is worth noting there is an excellent Thai restaurant 20 meters away from the flat.
