House / Villa - Cagnes sur merHouse with garden

Very friendly and efficient owners. Comfortable and well-equipped house. Sunny garden great for relaxing in with a book. Within walking distance of the beach. Only small problem was the internet required rebooting occasionally. Hope to revisit in the future.

We really enjoyed our time in Cagnes Sur Mer at this house! We were traveling with 2 babies under the age of one and Roland and Elaine were very accommodating. It is a great location for visits to St Laurent du Var, Nice, Cannes, beautiful beaches in Antibes, and Monico. The grocery store was also very convenient and we could walk to a bakery and sandwich shop.

The house is very comfortable and cozy, all amenities are available and working. The location is great, the sea is quite close. We also could travel a lot and went even to Marseilles and Genoa. Everything was good and we are grateful to Roland and Elaine for their help and support.

"The house completely conforms to the description. Even it is more than that. The house is filled by various convenient trifles for comfort of visitors. Owners of the house are very lovely and careful people. We were really glad to get acquainted with them. The house is very successfully located: it is very silently around, there are no noisy discos and shops.

However 2 minutes by car (7 min by pie) up to a supermarket, 5 minutes by car up to a beach. The house has a successful site concerning places of interest (10 minutes by the car up to Nice, a little bit more up to Monaco and Cannes). I regret only about one - one week is is not enough. Next time we shall necessarily stop in this seat for 2-3 weeks."
