About Miller Putnam
I'm a retired General Contractor. I was born and raised in Greenville and went to school at Clemson University and the University of North Carolina.
Miller Putnam purchased this House in 1995
Why Miller Putnam chose Greenville
This home has been in my wife's family since the 60's and my wife and I actually lived there for a period of time when we first married. It is a lovely home and and conveniently located in near the center of Greenville. This is our second house to offer through VRBO, the first is in Charleston.
What makes this House unique
Central location in Greenville with Greenville Hospital less than 5 minutes away.

It was comfortable and met all our needs.
We needed a place to stay while relocating to South Carolina and waiting for movers. It could not have worked out better.
Disappointed with our Greenville Get Away with the Girls!
The house smelled musty and the sump pump was often non stop. The television did not always work, no manuel for TV controls, the microwave did not work even after the outlet was connected. We had to put sheets on the porch furniture and clean the area to even sit there. And overall the house was not clean. I would not recommend this location.
Dona, I'm sorry you had an unpleasant visit. I take exception to the cleanliness, the same lady that cleans my house also cleans the Faris house, and I've had not other complaints. I did have a malfunction with the sump pump in the basement and that has been corrected. I had sent a repairman in three times and was assured it was corrected but it was not. And, finally got a different person to fix it,
There are instructions for the TV in plain site if you look for them.
The tub is old as the house is but it's old and not dirty.
A wonderful old home in a prospering neighborhood. Would stay again!
Lovely house. Great value
Lovely home. Super helpful owner. Very well appointed and extremely convenient for Greenville.
Charming stay close to downtown Greenville
We loved staying in this quaint house in Greenville in May for our son''s graduation. It is on a busy street during the week, but seems to taper off on the weekends. It is easy to get in and out of the driveway the way it is set up. The house has so much charm and family history. Well equipped and it made our stay relaxing and welcoming. It was plenty of room for our family to cook and gather for meals. It is so close to downtown Greenville activities as well as Woodruff Rd shopping. Miller was easy to contact and he repsponded quickly to our questions.
Was perfect for our family of six
Fully satisfied our needs as a family of four adults and two grown children. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well supplied with all the utensils, dishes, etc. we needed to cook our meals each day. Also very well located to downtown and the other areas we needed to get to. It is an older facility with some associated issues such as bath tub useable only for a shower but all in all met all our needs.
