The studio consists of a living room (double bed, a single bed, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo with CD, marble floor, electric shutters, air conditioning), with a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet, a hall with ample wardrobe and a terrace with side view on the sea and view on the Martinez Palace, equipped with a table and two chairs in teak.
Want to enjoy the sandy beach in Cannes ? The beach is 30 meters away. You have the choice between private beaches and free beaches.
Want to go shopping ? The studio is located 50 meters from the Rue d'Antibes, the main shopping street of Cannes, with shops of all major brands. A Supermarket Casino is located at 200 meters and a smaller supermarket is just around the corner for your top-ups.
Like going to the restaurant ? Over a hundred restaurants, covering all types of cuisine and all budgets are within 10 minutes walk from the studio.
Do you like hiking or visiting places ? In Cannes you should visit the old town (Le Suquet) and the islands of Lérins. From Cannes you can easily access the villages of the Nice hinterland (Biot, Eze, Gourdon, La Colle-sur-Loup, Mougins, Peillon, Saint- Paul de Vence, ... ) , or go to Nice, Grasse or Monte- Carlo ...
Like amusement parks ? Go to Marineland Antibes.
You enjoy sport ? You can go for a daily swim in the bay of Cannes, or take sailing or windsurfing lessons. Many tennis courts or golf courses are also located nearby.

Cannes is a beautiful place, in any season. During the summer, there is of course the beach. But during the winter, the climate is usually very clement, allowing to live mostly outside while the rest of Europe takes refuge from the bad weather. And spring and fall are conducive to beautiful walks and shopping. I put this apartment for rent on the one hand as an investment, but especially to make a stay in Cannes accessible to couples and families preferring to stay in a rented apartment rather than in a hotel.
The position of the apartment is really the strong point: with a view on the sea and the Croisette and close to the beach, shops and restaurants and bars.
The other strong point is space. The studio is 38m2 and therefore the size of an apartment. The kitchen is separated from the living room. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. All this makes it a studio comfortable for 3 guests to stay in.
This was a clean and comfortable studio that seemed almost like a one-bedroom apartment, as there was a nice balcony, a large entrance hallway and a small separate kitchen. The location was excellent, just a few meters from La Croisette and across the street the Martinez hotel and within walking distance of a large supermarket. The owner, although not in France, was helpful and did what he said he would, returning our deposit promptly. The only problem was noise from the nightclub downstairs when they had shows once or twice a week, and that was solved with earplugs.
