Beautifully located, the house is probably one of the most charming properties of this particular region.
Built on XVIII century, it is a perfect place to enjoy your holidays with family and friends. It is rented for exclusive use only.
The house was originally built in the late 1700s as a farm house divided in two areas: family dwelling and farming facilities (stable and barn.) Today, both spaces have been attached to the main building by means of a large, sunken living room where a grand piano becomes the main attraction. It was in this living room and with this same piano, that composer of chamber music and former owner Miguel Ángel Samperio created a good number of his works. It is an open, cozy space where all visitors feel at home.
The house has three floors, each one with a square footage a little over 2,300 sf. It was remodeled in 2008. At present, the house includes six bedrooms, five bathrooms, four large common areas, a porch, a garage, barbecue, ping-pong table and a 7-acre garden.
