The building is a Sevillian “casa/corral de vecinos”, which is a singular typology of the beginning of the 20th Century (1902). It was completely rebuilt in 2006, maintaining the original structure and essence but with all the comfort of modern life, and so allowing a unique and cozy stay.

To make your stay pleasant, there is a lift at your disposal, and you can also enjoy the furnished roof terrace anytime during your stay, to sunbathe, have breakfast, dinner or just a glass of wine in the warm and clear evenings.

Une très bonne adresse

Un superbe séjour à Séville et l'appartement y a contribué !

Accueil de Maria très chaleureux.

Logement très fonctionnel, très propre, vraiment cosy avec une grande terrasse qui offre une vue dégagée!

A 20 min à pied des monuments et du magnifique quartier de Santa Cruz, il est situé dans une rue très calme. Le supermarché est à 2 pas et au bout de la rue, se trouve une place avec bars et restos (bonne ambiance locale le soir, c'est chouette!). Les taxis vraiment pas chers à Séville (environ 5euros la course pour aller dans les différents coins de la ville!) y passent très régulièrement !

Bref, c'est une très bonne adresse. Nous avons été enchantés!

You get exactly what you see!

Great manager, Jean-Pierre is professional and is ALWAYS available for any matter/problem + clear explications/instructions in mail before the arrival. Excellent location; clear busstops very near, walking distance to old city center, car-park possibilities at 500m just outside the old city center (no problem at all, which was a relief), all sorts of shops nearby, Hercules plaza for evening activities (bars, cosy terraces)... Fantastic appartment; We liked the private terrace very much, ideal for outside dinners and sunbaths. Well equipped bathroom (shower!) and kitchen, clean airco and working WIFI! Everything mentionned on the descriptive is present in the appartment. Staying in this appartment means that you will be able to fully enjoy Seville's culture and vivid center without worrying about your stay. We'll be coming back and this will definitely be our place to stay. Gracias!

"This very nice flat is located in the top floor of the building and you find it exactly as in the description. We enjoyed the beautiful terrace (which is almost as big as the flat itself) and the modern shower! The apartment is nicely decorated, fully equiped and quiet. Still, a lively area with plenty of bars and open-air events (e.g. we saw there a flamenco performance)is just at the end of the street. There are several shops and a fresh product market in close proximity. The city center is just 15 minutes walk away, which makes it easily available at any point of time. We received a friendly welcome by Jean Pierre, who manages this great place; we received a map and useful hints and he was available for any issues.

We recommend this place for an enjoyable stay in Sevilla!"

Great apartment in Seville

This is a great apartment in Seville -- really lovely, large terrace; good sized, comfortable, well planned apartment for an efficiency and actually nicer than the photos show (seems newly renovated); excellent location (we walked everywhere from there); Maria was gracious and informative (really good restaurant/bar recommendations). My husband and I highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again. On the practical side: nice to have an elevator for the luggage; good wifi; AC if needed; quiet residential neighborhood; close to lots of food shopping; parked our car in an underground garage a few blocks away that Maria recommended and didn't need it at all during our stay.

Seville is the biggest province and one of the most beautiful cities in Andalusia; all the excitement of a buzzing living city with a matchless backdrop of heritage and tradition, from the exquisitely proportioned Almohad minaret (the Giralda) and the delicate mudejar work of the Alcazar Palace to the great flowering of Baroque art, sculpture and architecture in the city's churches and museums.

Seville is destination of national and international travellers, which come attracted by its charming architecture and art, its traditionally Spanish neighbourhoods, its lively environment, flamenco shows and tasty tapas. The city is also well known for its two biggest festivities: Easter (Holy Week) and the April Fair, both full of colour, music and passion.

The apartment is located in the North quarter of the old city centre, within the Almoravides walls, still partially standing. The main monuments are placed in the South part of the old town, so the area is good if you want to escape the crowds and the typical touristy atmosphere but still be close to the main cultural attractions (the Cathedral is about 20 minutes walking distance). The apartment location limits with La Macarena, a traditional district in the city, that gives you a real taste of the everyday Sevillian life.

Peral is a quiet street only a few meters from the lively Alameda de Hércules -recently refurbished and full of nice restaurants, cafes and bars- and the commercial calle Feria, where you can find traditional and local shops, a second hand market (on Thursdays) and the oldest market in the city to purchase fresh products (meat, fish, vegetables, sea food, fruit, etc.). You have also a couple of supermarkets within a couple of minutes walking from the apartment.

Accessibility and good communication are guaranteed. If you prefer not to walk, there are several bus stops and a Sevici station (public bikes to rent) within 50 metres from the apartment, and a taxi can leave you right by the front door. There are also parking options.

Activities in the area: touristic visits to monuments and museums, tapas, theatre, flamenco shows, theme park (Isla Mágica), bicycle and river trips, visits to rural and natural surrounding areas.
