About the property

The villa is set in an elevated position in a protected natural park on the Cero Gordo peninsula between Nerja and La Herradura, with superb views west over the bay of Malaga. The steeply sloping plot of 2,400 sq.m. is surrounded on three sides by protected natural park, and on the fourth side is separated by a wall from the tarmacked road, which is a dead end with little traffic.

There are two gated drives for parking.

From Malaga Airport follow signs for Motril and Almeria on the E15/A7. At the Almuñécar/La Herradura turn off at km 305 follow the access road down to the roundabout on the N340, then go right, back towards Nerja and Malaga. (Left is to La Herradura).

Just before the Cerro Gordo tunnel follow the sign right to Cero Gordo. Follow the road round the headland, past El Mirador restaurant, then take the first and only road on the right. Follow the road all the way up, past La Leyenda, and go right at the top,along Calle del Mar. Number 51 is the first house on the right, towards the end of the road.

The nearest beach, Cantarraján, has two restaurants and is partly naturist.

The nearest restaurant,El Mirador,is less than 2km.

To the west, there are several secluded bays in the natural park between Maro and Cerro Gordo. To the east, La Herradura is set in a beautiful bay with a wide beach, with shops, bars and restaurants. Almuñécar is further east with large supermarkets, and a street market on Friday.

The Maro caves are less than 20kms away outside Nerja, and Granada with the Alhambra is just over an hour´s drive, as is the Alpujara region of the Sierra Nevada.

"C''était notre second séjours dans cette grande villa située dans un lieu toujours aussi extraordinaire avec sa vue imprenable sur la Costa Tropical et ses couchers de soleil de cartes postales. Nous apprécions particulièrement la beauté du paysage et la tranquillité de l''endroit qui contraste avec l’effervescence des grandes stations balnéaires situées à l''ouest de Malaga. Après cinq locations long séjours en Espagne, cette propriété est la seule qui a répondu à tous nos critères et la seule que nous avons l''intention de louer dans le futur."

"The villa was for us a fantastic place to prolong the summer of Northen Europe. The villa is situated on a smal peninsula about 300 m from the coastline and about 80 m above sealevel. The wievs along the coast and the direct seawiev is magnificent and must be one of the most beautiful wievs along the southen coast of Spain.

The villa itself are well equiped and are suitabel for holidays with friends and family, or just as a couple.

We enjoyed the pool, the terreses and the roomy house very much.

Absolutely recommendabel."

Une vue magnifique .un cadre exceptionnel dans un parc naturel . villa à proximité de nerja nous allions le soir sur la corniche de torre del mar 👍?🏼?👍?🏼?👍?🏼?

Nous avons fait granada córdoba et Séville à ne pas rater

Il faut absolument réserver longtemps à l avance pour l alhambra

Merci encore pour cette location nous espérons y retourner au plus vite

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit super Aussicht.

Das Wohnräume sollten jedoch besser gepflegt werden.

Wir mussten vorher noch einige Sachen die im Weg standen aufräumen.

Danach war der Aufenthalt jedoch sehr angenehm.

Toll und gerne wieder

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. War zwar nicht alles auf dem neuesten Stand, aber sehr sauber und alles in Ordnung.

Der Vermieter ist äußerst nett. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist einfach und die Aussicht von den Terrassen einfach super.

Wir können diese Immobilie nur empfehlen.
