We loved the townhome. The pics just doesn't do it justice. Beautiful house and back yard. It's also within walking distance to Main Street. We would definitely want to stay here again.
Ski weekend February 2018
Had just four of us staying for a few days skiing. It was all it was billed to be. With a couple of minor issues immediately addressed by the management, we had a good stay. Hot tub and Sauna both were welcome in the afternoons. Location was perfect and you feel guilty using a vehicle. The bus stops right out front as one day, I quit DV early and rode back with no problem. Since the door was only a few units into the property, the walk from the bus stop was shorter than from the car to the ticket counter at DV. Sib was always quickly responsive with any questions. We drove downtown most nights but cooked in a lot as well. But you don't need a car with this location. One hint though. SUV's won't fit in the garage with a ski rack. But there is plenty of parking just feet away. We'll be back.
Beautiful home in a fabulous location
We had a wonderful stay at this house in Deer Valley. Location is perfect -- walking distance into town, but also along the shuttle route that takes you anywhere you need to go. The house is spacious and very comfortable -- everything you need.
Not quite what we expected.
We have stayed in other Stonebridge Circle properties. This one appeared alright at first, but was actually quite under par. We stayed 8 days, there is no mid week cleaning, the furniture is quite shabby, with tear and wear., kitchen utensils are inadequate. We had to pay extra to have the linen and towels changed! All appliances needed maintenance.
We had quite some trouble getting into the property since we did not receive the necessary information from VRBO nor the owner previously. We were helped by another management group to reach the owner.
I am sorry that this guest is upset about paying a cleaning fee for mid stay cleaning services. He requested that we send someone to change the beds and bring clean towels. We did so, although this had not been scheduled in advance, and he was charged only 50 percent of the regular rate. He could have avoided any charges by washing the sheets and making the beds himself.
We continually upgrade our property to make it comfortable for our guests and our family. In the past year and a half, we installed a new $2500 range, a new extra large capacity front loading washer and dryer and a new microwave. The stainless side by side refrigerator and the dishwasher are in excellent working order and we have never received a complaint....including no complaints from this guest.
This year we also installed new hardwood flooring and new wooden doors. We upgraded to two king bedrooms, with new furniture and mattresses. We purchased two sets of bunk beds last year, and we replaced the living room furniture as well. The guest didn’t mention and “tear and wear” to us but we will replace anything that is worn. We replace pillows and bedding every year.
We replaced all the dishes and flatware and glasses last year (we now have dishes for 12), and would be happy to add any additional utensils if a guest mentions that he needs something. This guest did not.
I send this guest a welcome letter, that provided access instructions, shortly after he booked the reservation. I sent it again upon his arrival. We utilize an easy to use pin pad system and the guest accessed the premises within moments after contacting us through a VRBO link.
We employ a local property manager, hot tub service and Handyman to assure that our property is always in top condition and guests’ requests are taken care of immediately.
All our other reviews have been five stars and I was very surprised to see this dissatisfied guest.
