Well equipped apartment in the heart of Kensington, very close to shops and amenities. A very large terrace which has sunshine all day. Good for outdoor living, with a Barbecue and lots of seating.

There are at least 3 gyms which are walking distance away who would welcome short term members. One has a swimming pool. The apartment has it own front door on street level. It is a quiet neighbourhood street, very safe and friendly with a village atmosphere.

This is a really great property, it has everything but the joy of the apartment is the outside space, it is a sunny terrace and a great place to chill out, very quiet and a view of the pretty mews behind. And South Facing !
What makes this Apartment unique
2 bathrooms, and of course the privacy of being a duplex, if people want to sleep upstairs, others can stay awake and watch tv or plan the next day downstairs. I have many guide books and maps for you. All necessities, provided including washing detergent and dishwasher tablets, shampoo, soap. Also food necessities, including coffee and tea etc.

Great apartment and perfect location
Yvonne was so welcoming. She greated us when we arrived and was extremely helpful. The place was homely and in a perfect location for access to the whole of London. It didn’t take long to get use to the transport around there. The number 9 bus which only costs 1.50 pounds takes you right into town. Kensington High street station was a 10 min lovely walk and 2 min walk to Kensington (Olympia) station. We also loved the fact that there was a local shop 2 doors away for essentials! Next time we are in London, we will be staying there. Thank you Yvonne.
Great location and accommodations!
The apartment was in a very good location. Short walk to bus and tube station. Kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to prepare our own meals.Yvonne was super accommodating and responsive to anything we needed. We would stay again for sure!
Comfortable and well located to see the sites of London.
This flat was perfect for our group of four. It is well situated in a relatively quiet neighborhood and allows easy access to public transportation.
Yvonne was very accommodating and pleasant to work with.
The stairs were a bit challenging for heavier luggage but manageable.
Great flat in a great part of London
There is only one Kensington and this apartment is right in the heart of it. My family of four had a terrific long Thanksgiving weekend and would love nothing more than to come back to the flat for a longer visit. Yvonne was particularly welcoming and went out of her way to help us plan our days and nights. The flat is spacious and bright and we loved having the two bathrooms for us and our two children.
Great little flat in Kensington
The apartment was exactly as advertised, perfect for our family of four with two teenagers. Convenient with underground station within a 10-15 min walk, and a pub around the corner. The Londis next door was also great for getting daily necessities. The only complaint I have is the washer/dryer combo, which could not dry our clothes without running the cycle 2-3 times.

Convenient and cute
This is my second time staying at this property, and it did not disappoint again. The location, while not in central London, is extremely well situated - the bus, tube, and even walking are easy to manage. The flat itself has two nice bathrooms and two bedrooms. The first time I stayed with one other person and this time it was 4 people (adults) total. With 4 people, the space can feel a bit cramped but nothing too bad. I love this property and would recommend to anyone staying in a London. The property manager is also very communicative and friendly - which is very helpful.
In the heart of Kensington. Local shops on your doorstep including Supermarket (which bakes its own fresh bread and croissants every morning), Dry cleaners and Pub! Kensington High Street is 500 yards away where you will find many large clothes stores and a wide range of shops, including the largest organic food store in London. No.9 Bus stop 5 minute walk away, which can take you to Piccadilly, Trafalgar Sq. Museums and Knightsbridge (for Harrods) . High St Kensington tube station (circle line) is just a pleasant 10 minute stroll down the High St. The museums and galleries of South Kensington are just a short bus ride away. Holland Park with its open-air cafes, adventure playground and wildlife is just 5 minutes walk away, perfect for the children - also a summer open-air opera season - take a picnic. The apartment and location gives you everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The large terrace with sun loungers and bar-b-que, to add to your enjoyment whilst vacationing in London. This apartment is like living in a village in London, helpful and friendly.
Bicycle rental bank is on the same road.

Golf: Nearest Golf Course is at Chiswick, by the River Thames which is a 10 minute car journey.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency. A 25% deposit payable on booking. Remainder of rental fee payable 6 weeks before rental period starts or by negotiation. The price quoted is for a maximum of 4 persons, a fifth person would incur a charge of £10 per night. For a booking of less than 5 nights a cleaning/laundry fee of £10 per night is added.
