Studio renovated in 2013, located on the second floor of a seventeenth century building (three floors in total). Total of 33 m² or 355 sq. ft. The studio has undergone a complete renovation (stone walls, marble floor). It is air-conditioned. It has a completely independent entrance and is not linked to the apartment downstairs.
It consists of: A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, Nespresso) - A shower room and toilet - A bedroom / lounge with double sofa bed. Although located in the city center, the studio is quiet, overlooking the private courtyard of the main apartment (not accessible for studio tenants).
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and large shaded garden.
Complete calm as all rooms overlook the private courtyard. The building is located in the city centre, between Saint-Didier and Places des Corps-Saints.

Many quality shops are found in the same street (butcher, greengrocer, chocolate, flowers and restaurants) and Les Halles indoor market is a 5 minute walk. Carrefour Market supermarket (rue de la République) is also nearby.
A car is not needed to visit Avignon as all main sites can be visited while walking in the city. If you do have a car, two public car parks are 5 minutes walk away (parking Jean-Jaurès, parking des Halles).

Having grown up in Avignon, I am very keen to preserve the historical legacy of the town. Through the renovation of this beautiful flat in the centre of town and using it as a holiday let, I hope to give visitors an authentic feel for this beautiful and unique town.

I renovated the apartment by keeping the original features of the building: large stones, ceilings with beams, plants from the region, marbled floors...
The central location is key to enjoying Avignon, as a car is not needed to explore the town. The apartment is located in a vibrant neighbourhood, and restaurants, bars, cinemas, theatres and museums are a couple of minutes walk away.
The fully equipped kitchen and large dining room and outdoor mean you can make the best of the local produce: shop fresh vegetables and cook them yourself in an idyllic setting.

My wife and I stayed in the studio apartment for one week to enjoy the Lavender festivities.
Perfect location in the heart of the town. Shades of gray and white throughout. Immaculate, beautifully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Tons of travertine marble in kitchen and bath. By far the most comfortable sofa-bed that we have ever encountered. Slept as well as we do on a conventional high-quality mattress. The kitchen is tiny, but equipped with the nicest assortment of tools and appliances.
The owner of this flat obviously has exquisite taste and truly cares about the quality of the stay of her tenants.

Le studio est très agréable et confortable avec une très belle salle de douche et une cuisine moderne.
La vue sur la cour et son olivier central est très belle, calme assuré.
Mention spéciale aux commerces de proximité : tut est à portée de mains (restaurants, cafés, boucher, primeur, boulanger) sans oublier le magnifique centre historique.

Propriétaire très sympathique. Superbe studio très calme, bien aménagé dans un joli petit immeuble situé dans un quartier calme d'Avignon intra-muros. Ne pas s'inquiéter au sujet du lit convertible car une fois déplié c'est un vrai lit très confortable. Donc très bonne location à recommander.
Nous venons d'arriver dans ce charmant studio. C'est vraiment très bien, belle décoration. Il y a même un lave-vaisselle dans la cuisine. Pour l'instant, nous avons surtout profité des restaurants du centre-ville!
Très calme et agréable. Parfait pour se reposer après la visite du Palais des Papes.
