This renovated Provencal farmhouse has a fenced private pool (5 x 10 m) on a property of 15,000 sq.m (with pine, cypresses, and green and white oaks trees). It is located at the beginning of Les Gorges de Véroncle.

There are nice views of the pine and oak forest.

It can be a good starting point for many tourist walks to discover Luberon and its attractions. You will be at the heart of Luberon to enjoy its relaxed lifestyle, its colourful markets, its old buildings, and its old dry stone villages. It is also a paradise for hikers and photographers ...that you have to visit it!

Why Corinne De Potter chose Gordes

I have rented this house for more than 25 years in order to bring life to the house in the summer and allow enthusiasts to discover this beautiful region of France. This is a family home where I also like to receive my family and friends out of season, when it's not too hot. My family has restored the house over the years, and I provided some personal touches of decorations. For me, this is a house full of memories, and I hope that travellers will also share fond memories with their family.

What makes this mas unique

It is a quiet location, good to rest while having all modern comforts. The beds are all new and have firm latex mattresses on slatted bases. The kitchen is very well equipped for a big family; Internet access and Wi-Fi connection also allows you to work and stay connected if necessary. The TV is connected to Astra satellite and receives freeview, English, American, and German channels, among others. The private pool is safe, allowing you to swim during the hottest hours of summer and listen to the cicadas shrilling.

we had a wonderful two week stay at this provencal home near Gordes. This country house was spacious, quiet, had a lovely swimming pool, and was close to Gordes and other surrounding villages all worth a visit. The owner was gracious and very helpful in all respects. The property is near hiking trails that will take you to Gordes and the relaxing surrounding countryside. We highly recommend this home and locale

Garden furniture in two outdoor terraces allowing varying the dining places or friendly meetings Depending on the time of day. For those who want to stay connected while on vacation, there is ADSL line for internet access installed in the house. A 3 MB service by France Telecom server and you can work and be connected in tranquillity. Good communication via Skype. Wi-Fi access also works outside.

Fantastic place to stay

A very special farmhouse where one can relax and unwind as well as use it as a base to explore this area of Provence. Fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, dining room that seats eight and comfortable living area. Washer and dryer. 2 terraces with dining sets, lounge chairs and a lovely large unheated pool. Situated between Gordes and Roussillon (wonderful village) by a few kilometers in each direction.

Wonderful few days

My family and I (4 adults and a teen) have stayed here for 4 nights a couple of weeks ago. It was marvelous - house is gorgeous, well situated, well equipped, spacious and location is really peaceful, a true Provencal property.... just c'est magnifique. We didn't get a chance to use the pool as the weather turned cold for the few days we were staying but the house and the 2 patios more than made up for it. Luberon area is very picturesque with lovely towns, hills and countryside. Gordes is easily reached by walking and by car is only a few minutes if you don't stop every 20 yards to admire the views. It is a lovely town with beautiful views, lovely restaurants and shops (our favourite was of course the bakery!). The market day is Tuesday and offers a huge variety of items, from cheeses to handcrafted items, chocolate, spices to handmade soaps and paintings. Corinne was very helpful with arrangements for our late arrival and it was lovely to speak with her over the phone a couple of times. She even left us a bottle of a lovely local wine which we really enjoyed. We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful house and only regret is not being able to stay longer. We hope to come back for another visit in the future. Thank you, Corinne for a fabulous stay!

Fabulous house, pool and grounds near Gordes

The house is very tasteful and comfortable, in a very peaceful setting. Having two very cool rooms when staying with an eight month old baby was invaluable. Boule sets available and every cooking implement you could want for. Madame de Potter could not have been more helpful providing a cot, high chair and changing mat and leaving a bottle of wine and some nibbles for our arrival.

A wonderful family retreat

Our stay here was very special. The property is conveniently located to some must-see destinations in Provence, including historical villages, gourmet markets and chateaus. The house itself is nestled in amongst the woods, so you truly feel like you’re on holiday, and is beautifully furnished with a relaxing vibe. There five of us would recommend this property in a heartbeat.
