About Nancy Leacock Daly
My husband and I purchased this home in 2012 to use as a vacation rental. We live just a mile away so we are always nearby if needed. We have two small children so if you are traveling with children I can provide all that kid stuff needed to make your stay easy.

Why Nancy Leacock Daly chose Atkins Park
This has always been our favorite house. It is a landmark house in our favorite neighborhood. After touring the house we could not believe that the interior of the house was better than imagined! Someday maybe we will make it our primary residence but for now the home is for sharing.
What makes this Estate unique
The open floor plan is just perfect for entertaining! The kitchen is spectacular! I have furnished this house with furnishings that belong in such a residence - 'just a rental' is not in my vernacular! The beds have 600 thread count sheets and down comforters. The towels are soft and fluffy. The pots and pans are all Calfalon.

Wonderful home in great location!
We live in this fantastic neighborhood, but we needed extra space for family visiting for graduation. Nancy's house was ideal. It provided a comfortable living space for all, from my mother who uses a walker to the young adults who enjoyed walking to enjoy the nightlife! We couldn't be happier with this choice and we will definitely book it again.
Couldn't be better! This house has a wonderful location. It's spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. and has quality appliances. The host, Nancy, is super accommodating and answers your texts promptly. Checkout procedure is simple-no extra work on guests' part. We used it as the out of town bride's family headquarters. Location was perfect. Nail salon around the corner for bridal party, restaurants across the street, and entertainment too. Spacious areas for bridal party to get ready and small post wedding brunch. Perfect!
We stayed here with friends over a long weekend. The beds were very comfortable. The location was amazing - especially for walking to bars/restaurants. The owner was wonderful to work with & answered any questions pretty much immediately. The front porch is large & a fantastic spot for your morning coffee or afternoon wine. If the need arises, we would definitely stay here again.
I visited Atlanta with 5 coworkers to visit the Robb Clark Academy. This home was recommended to us by another group of educators who had taken the same trip. This home was perfectly located near restaurants and so many beautiful neighborhoods. It was an easy drive to the aquarium, RCA, and the airport. Although we were traveling at peak traffic times we never felt like we were caught in traffic. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, relax, and meet around the large dining table. The house is well taken care of and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating! We will definitely come back again!
Absolutely Perfect from the First to the Last Day!
My immediate family (8 people) called this lovely place home for a few days while in town for our wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone, including social areas and bedrooms, with space to spare. The only challenge is limited parking which the owner is very transparent about so that was expected. And, less than half a block away is $3 all day parking which is nothing...especially in Atlanta!
Nancy was extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions or needs that arose.
We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a local feel in the heart of one of Atlanta's best neighborhoods!
It was a beautiful home and my family really enjoyed our stay
The home was beautifully decorated, well-maintained and inviting. Nancy was very easy to work with and promptly answered any questions that came up during our stay.
This home is ground zero for fun! Walk to dozens of bars and restaurants or just cook here and enjoy the people watching from our lower wrap around porch or our upper deck complete with a Weber gas grill. We are just a couple of miles from Little 5 Points or walk a couple miles in the other direction and you will find yourself at Midtown's Piedmont Park. This historic home is nestled back a little from North Highland and was re done in 2009 with sound reduction windows so any weekend street noise is minimal. I am happy to say that the historic exterior of the house was preserved while the inside was brought beautifully into the 21st century! The furnishings reflect the modern day, there is nothing granny about this place! Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds and two of the bedrooms have king sized beds. The king sized bed in the master bed is a top of the line adjustable bed!
