Manuel is the best!
Upon arrival, Manuel had stocked the fridge with snacks and drinks, which was exactly what we needed after traveling all morning. He also gave us some great recommendations on restaurants/bars in the area and "must see" sights around Granada. The studio is small, but cozy. The terrace has an amazing view of the town and we were able to enjoy some beautiful sunsets. The location was very convenient with delicious tapas bars, a small grocery store and the Alhambra all in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
"The flat is compact and ...
"The flat is compact and functional. It has great, partly shadowed terrace with amazing views. It’s one of the best places to watch sunset in Grenada. When the summer wind blows from Africa, Grenada is on alert, but you can’t escape the heat to the terrace. It becomes too hot. The flat is well equipped but the ceramic hob (stove) doesn’t function properly though. The studio is situated on a dead end which is inaccessible by car. With heavy luggage the climb becomes a serious job. It’s a pity that donkeys have disappeared from the scene. You’d certainly like to rent one to help you with your bags. Occasionally there’s a street party early in the morning down below. Students coming from the nightclub nearby tend to continue their party on the way home. But that’s life. Manuel, the owner is the most pleasant guy and will provide you with all the information you need in Grenada."

"We have been travelling around Spain for a month and this was our favourite apartment!
To begin with our host, Manuel, was an absolute delight! He talked with us at length about the various areas of Granada that we should visit and also provided a very comprehensive file of information to ensure that our stay would be enjoyable. He generously provided us with milk, fruit, juice and some light snacks even though our stay was only short (2 days).
The apartment itself imediately felt like home, it is lovingly decorated with original artworks, plants and books which makes you feel like a house guest, not a tennant.
The apartment has a small kitchenette and small shower closet which are more than sufficient and there is also a washing machine which we really needed!
Thanks Manuel for making our stay so comfortable, we were really sad to leave after only 2 short days - but we hope to return again one day!"

"Exactly as described - a real gem of a little hideaway very close to the city centre; very clean, everything you need, cunningly fitted into a homely and interesting space. The modest but adequate kitchen facilities make the euros go further; we ate in menus in comedors , and had a light supper/tapas in the evening. Excellent range of bars and restaurants close by in the Realejo.
Easy walk into city centre, and pleasant walks up to the woods around the Alhambra.
Stunning view from large terrace.
Manuel was a very considerate and helpful host, who shares his passion for his city without being intrusive. We had a great time - thanks Manuel."
By road, very easy following the traffic signals. Follow Alhambra access.
Possibility to be received in the airport.
Option Garage. Acces to the house in a pedestrian sloped street with steps. No suitable for people with mobility problems.
Monumental historical city with a wide cultural and leisure offer. Come to know and taste its delicious "tapas". University town.
From granada You can visit Cordoba, Seville, Tropical costa, and Sierra Nevada with its ski station.
