Quiet apartment with everything in Graca

Excellent apartment in a quiet area in Graca but close to everything. The apartment is equipped with everything that you may need including a Nexpresso coffee machine, a jacuzzi bathtub, an excellent cable TV system and a nice outdoor space to have breakfast in. Joao was extremely nice and accomodating, and the garage was a life saver. My husband and I (and our two dogs) had an excellent stay. I would highly recommended it.

Very comfortable apartment in perfect location

We stayed here 3 nights in May. Joao arranged taxi pick up and drop off for a good price, which was great. The place is located in a really nice neighborhood with good restaurants and very near some nice touristic stops (lookout points, cathedrals, and the castle are all a short walk away). Joao greeted us very warmly at the apartment and the place was very clean and tidy with nice, simple decoration and even a Nespresso machine with pods! Nice grocery store steps away. We enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend.

"Beautiful brand new grou...

"Beautiful brand new ground floor apartment, very conveniently located just north of the City. Just round the corner from the 28 tram that takes you past many of the attractions and its quite an experience being on one of these.

Considering it was a ground floor apartment, there was hardly any noise.

Owner was very easy to deal with and very accommodating.

I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Lisbon."

Tolle Unterkunft.

Alles in der Wohnung da, was man braucht und noch mehr. Um die Ecke des schönsten Miradors von Lissabon. Ein lebendiges, einheimisches Viertel. Von der Nr. 28-Tramhaltestelle ca. 2-3 Min. zu Fuß. Joao war sehr, sehr nett und geduldig, da es bis zu unserer Ankunft wirklich chaotisch zuging. Der Kontakt mit ihm war immer supernett und -schnell.

Das nächste Mal auf alle Fälle wieder dort.

Localização boa, apartamento limpo e confortável.

O local é muito bom para quem quer ficar num bairro fora da agitação mas com fácil acesso a quase todos os pontos de interesse turístico, cultural, de compras ou estações de trem (Rossio, Santa Apolônia) ou mesmo o Cais do Sodré, seja a pé (para quem tiver ânimo para descer ladeiras), seja pelo bonde 28 (parada a uma quadra) ou de ônibus; há ainda uma praça de táxi a duas ou três quadras, e uma corrida para o centro (ou de volta) sai por 5-6 euros. No entorno, há padarias/confeitarias, açougue, farmácia, supermercados, bons restaurantes, etc. O apartamento é limpo, moderno e confortável, adequado para um casal. O proprietário é muito gentil e acessível. Pequenos senões: é apertado para cozinhar (mas a cozinha é bem equipada) e faltam lugares para deixar e abrir malas. A exaustão do banheiro (que não tem janela) não é boa e isso exige deixar a porta do banheiro aberta durante o banho. As janelas da sala dão direto para a rua (o apartamento fica no térreo), o que prejudica a privacidade. Mas, no geral, os pontos positivos superam estes pequenos senões e recomendamos o apartamento do João. KY
