Quiet apartment with everything in Graca

Excellent apartment in a quiet area in Graca but close to everything. The apartment is equipped with everything that you may need including a Nexpresso coffee machine, a jacuzzi bathtub, an excellent cable TV system and a nice outdoor space to have breakfast in. Joao was extremely nice and accomodating, and the garage was a life saver. My husband and I (and our two dogs) had an excellent stay. I would highly recommended it.

Very comfortable apartment in perfect location

We stayed here 3 nights in May. Joao arranged taxi pick up and drop off for a good price, which was great. The place is located in a really nice neighborhood with good restaurants and very near some nice touristic stops (lookout points, cathedrals, and the castle are all a short walk away). Joao greeted us very warmly at the apartment and the place was very clean and tidy with nice, simple decoration and even a Nespresso machine with pods! Nice grocery store steps away. We enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend.

"Beautiful brand new grou...

"Beautiful brand new ground floor apartment, very conveniently located just north of the City. Just round the corner from the 28 tram that takes you past many of the attractions and its quite an experience being on one of these.

Considering it was a ground floor apartment, there was hardly any noise.

Owner was very easy to deal with and very accommodating.

I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Lisbon."

Nous avons très bien apprécié le séjour dans cet appartement. Il correspond bien aux photos du site . Propre, bien équipé, et aussi bien situé avec les commerces de proximité. Les infos touristiques (très détaillées ) sur place fort appréciées.

Notre hôte, Joao , s'est occupé avec efficacité de notre transport de l'aéroport . Il a réglé un petit imbroglio, survenu lors de notre départ, avec le transporteur. Très apprécié....

Une adresse que je retiens pour mes prochains retours à Lisbonne.

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cet appartement très bien agencé et spacieux . Nous avons surtout apprécié le calme du quartier qui se trouve sur les hauteurs .l â 100 mètres il y a un belvèdère avec une vue panoramique spectaculaire . Le propriétaite Joao est très aimable et parle très bien le français . Très recommandable

Appartement confortable et bien situé à Lisbonne

Nous avons passé une semaine à Lisbonne dans cet appartement très propre, tout équipé et agréablement situé (quartier tranquille) à proximité des transports (tram 28) et entouré de bons petits restaurants honnêtes. 2 supermarchés sont à distance de marche ainsi que des patisseries et boulangeries ce qui est un avantage. Si vous appréciez la tranquillité après une journée bien remplie à arpenter les rues de cette très belle ville qu'est Lisbonne, cet appartement est pour vous.

PS: Le propriétaire est très accueillant et serviable.
