The property Es Torrent den Cosme is strategically located in the southern cone of the island of Mallorca and in the center of the main unspoiled beaches and coves of Mallorca which is no more than 10 minutes drive, and 350 m from the village of Ses Salines.

This apartment has all the amenities, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, microwave, ... and free WIFI.

Access is easy and on a paved road. The farm is in an area of ​​4000 m2 and has a swimming pool 4 x 9 m, with 150 m2 terrace with sun loungers and parasols ready to relax and soak up the sun at any time of day.

The garden has a smooth hand with a beautiful landscape of palm trees, bushes, olive and lemon trees, offering total relaxation on the outskirts of the village of Ses Salines, enjoying the inner horizon with stunning mountain views of San Salvador.

Velarium is remarkable, from May to September, to protect against the sun in midsummer and enjoy readings, meals, family dinners and discussions.

Accommodation prices we keep them since 2009. They are competitively priced within the island of Mallorca and they show an excellent value for money . The quality / price is undeniable. For example , the average price of a detached house in Mallorca for 4 people with pool and with our quality or even lower than ours in most cases in terms of equipment and services in the property is 200 € / day.

In our price housing , electricity , hot and cold water, air conditioning , kitchen , bedding , bath towels and bath, tea towels and all household appliances, (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, are included toaster, coffee ... ) and free Wifi . Also cot and highchair if required .

Fernando is very friendly and helpful. Lovely villa with shared pool, near to pretty village with good restaurants, Cassai is our favourite, not far from Colonia and the beaches at Santayni and Es Trenc

Fernando and Esperanza we...

Fernando and Esperanza were two of the most welcoming, hospitable and professional holiday home owners we have ever known. Their accommodation was incredible; clean, well facilitated, secure for the children and other valuables (passports, cameras etc), luxurious, tranquil and all with stunning views all around us. Everything we needed was nearby, including a lovely town (Ses Salines; a true piece of Mallorca) and paradise beaches. We all loved it so much we booked up for a longer holiday the following year.

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Fernando und seine Familie sind ausgezeichnete und sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Immer da, hilfsbereit und haben uns mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt.Die gesamte Anlage von der Finca, Pool und Garten sind fantastisch gepflegt und angelegt. Eine kleine, ruhige Oase in der man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Toller Urlaub!

Appartement très agréable dans un environnement authentique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique finca. Tout est fait pour que le séjour soit merveilleux. L appartement est spacieux , bien équipé et très propre. Le jardin est magnifique avec de superbes palmiers. Chaque location a sa terrasse privée et chacun garde son intimité . La piscine est très agréable. L environnement est très tranquille et reposant.Pour finir Fernando et son épouse sont très accueillants, ils sont toujours aux petits soins et vous comblent de petites attentions, merci beaucoup! un vrai coup de cœur pour cette finca et ses propriétaires !

The village of Ses Salines is known for its tranquility and authenticity, and is a wonderful alternative for tourists who want to enjoy the beaches and natural surroundings in the south of the island, but escaping the hustle and bustle of the resorts .

Ses Salines has everything you need: supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, meat, fish, steak houses (La Fusteria) in fish and famous for its tapas and seafood dishes (Casa Manolo), in Mediterranean food (Cassai) in Argentine barbecue (theater) or bar terrace with access to the Internet (Llum of salt).
