'We arrived in Djenovici with ideas of boat trips to Rose, day trips all over. However Djenovici did something to us that hadn't been achieved in a number of years - we totally, fully, absolutely relaxed!'. This was a wonderful quote from a recent guest.

This large (90m2) furnished apartment with it's own private parking space is only a stone's throw away from the sea! It contains 2 large air-conditioned double bedrooms, a modern tiled bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large open plan living/dining area with 2 large terraces both with spectacular views of the bay and mountains. The high ceilings give it a light and airy feel and will appeal to couples and families alike. We've tried to furnish it to a good standard to enable our guests to relax in comfort.

It comes with the added comfort of a 1500 litre water tank to help ensure an uninterrupted supply.

It is set in the small but popular coastal town of Djenovici, overlooking the spectacular Boka Kotorska Fjord, close to local shops, restaurants (some of which are receiving excellent reviews) and bars. Djenovici is 8km away from the historic city of Herceg Novi which stands at the beginning of the Bay of Kotor, the southernmost Fjord in Europe, and is close to Dubrovnik, Kotor and Perast all recognised as UNESCO world heritage sites.

A wonderful place to relax or a base to explore with the added benefit of local support during your stay.

Sit and relax with a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the mountains or the cruise liners making their way through the bay to Kotor.

Our rental management company will be able to arrange: transfers from the airport to the apartment, excursions and chauffeur service. They will provide further details on enquiry / booking.

Amazing rental in a great beach location!

We stayed here for a week in June 2014 and I forgot to review it. This is an amazing rental unit very close to beach. You can see the beach from the balcony. Unit was sufficiently equipped for cooking. The unit has been well taken care of by the owners. Air conditioning was outstanding. Rental agents were exceptional - very kind and responsive. They even brought us a crib for our two year old. Many restaurants and cafes within an easy walk. We LOVED it!. Our only regret is not returning there this summer. Parking is tight, though it is available.

A great place to stay, even in the winter.

This apartment was great and lived up to expectations. Although not a huge amount to see/do in the immediate area at this time of year, it was a super base for exploring (we hired a car). With 2 teenagers in tow it could have been challenging, but they both really enjoyed the adventure. Local folk were very friendly and the mini market at the end of the road was excellent. The management company were brialliant to, and organised our very own private fishing trip and boat ride. A great holiday and we would definately go back some time.

Djenovici, Montenegro

Feb 2006. Had a wonderful time, Apartment was lovely, well equipped, spacious, very clean. A wonderful view of the Adriatic sea from the apartment. As for Montenegro, plenty of thing to do and see in the surrounding area, the locals are very friendly. If you are looking for a nice relaxing holiday, plenty of site seeing, then this is the place to go...

Wonderful Montenegro

Everything was as good as it sounded in the information. Fresh, modern, excellent seaview, wonderful surroundings. The only problem was parking. There was no parking at the apartment. We had to park at the along the very narrow beach walk.

un séjour frais et pluvieux

Le temps frais et pluvieux ne nous a pas permis d'apprécier vraiment l'endroit qui est pourtant très beau. Toutefois, nous avons été déçus par l'environnement proche de l'appartement , qui ne se voyait pas sur la photo: immeubles à droite et grande construction à deux mètres à peine de la fenêtre de la cuisine, avec des travaux juste sous le balcon !!

L'appartement est vaste et confortable,très propre, bien que les deux lits de l'une des chambres soient très mous .Par contre, si vous venez en avion, sachez qu'il n'y a aucun produit dans l'appartement , ni pour le linge, ni pour la vaisselle... En cette saison, nous n'avons pas eu chaud et il n'y avait pas de couvertures supplémentaires.l'air froid rentre par les fenêtres mal isolées ainsi que l'eau quand il pleut fort ! Nous avons eu également des difficultés pour accéder à l'appartement car toutes les rues sont défoncées , voire coupées ! Quant au parking, nous ne sommes jamais sûrs de retrouver le soir la place que nous avons quittée le matin. Heureusement, les paysages sont magnifiques et la vue face au balcon est superbe. les propriétaires devraient quand même montrer d'autres photos de ce qui entoure la maison pour que les locataires sachent à quoi s'attendre;

Owner's Response: Cher Christine et Philippe, Nous vous remercions de visiter notre appartement. Nous avons utilisé google translate et espérons que cette traduction est logique. Nous allons mettre à jour le site Web pour y inclure une photo de l'appartement et la région environnante et aussi montrer sa proximité de la mer. Les air conditionné unités sont réparties type de l'air et peuvent être utilisés pour le refroidissement et le chauffage de l'appartement, mais nous allons aussi chercher à fournir des couvertures. Quant au stationnement, nous avons conclu une entente en vertu duquel les clients peuvent se garer sur un terrain voisin, mais récemment, nous avons réussi à négocier un espace à côté de l'appartement que nous espérons être en place pour nos clients la saison prochaine. Pour une somme modique, notre société de gestion de location fournira également une gamme d'articles, y compris un pack de base de bienvenue, paquet de super accueil, paquet de lune de miel et un pack de nettoyage standard. spacious and charming apartment, perfectly equipped, marvellous view, really comfortabel beds, sofas and carpet would need some intense care, some of the furniture seems a little worn out,

minimarkets in front of the door, for supermarket car needed,

parking in front of the door, but no leaving or coming back between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and after 7 p.m. (difficult when planning trips),

artificial beach with stones and pebbles as almost everywhere in montenegro, crowded in july,

professional agency, could contact them any time

We always try and review the apartments before the start of the main season and make any changes necessary. The traffic situation around the bay is a known problem during the peak season (mainly July / Aug) and we know the government are investing in infrastructure upgrades every year. There have been some significant improvements over the last couple of years. Our rental management company are very helpful and will be able to provide you with up to date information. Djenovici was originally an ancient Greek settlement but now it is a small quaint coastal town offering a wide variety of local shops, restaurants and bars, but is only a short drive to the main historical sites such as Kotor, Perast and Herceg Novi. Alternatively, take a drive across the border into Croatia to visit Dubrovnik (which is just over an hour away).

There is a small beach of sand and pebbles on which to relax after a swim in the clear blue waters of the bay!
