' THE OSTALET ' is situated in a small hamlet of CASTELS, calms down and protected, to approximately 2 km of SAINT-CYPRIEN, where are all the conveniences, of which a famous market which takes place every Sunday morning.

To only 17 km of SARLAT, at the heart of black Périgord and main places of interest, this charming small house in duplex has a terrace and a small garden.

It welcomes 2 people. A small sofa of 190x80 in the dining room allows to serve as bed of supplement.

ATTENTION, the house does not suit to the people with reduced mobility (rather stiff staircase to rise to the bedroom as well as to the room of water / toilets which is in the floor).

"We stayed at this maison...

"We stayed at this maisonnette with a 8 month old child. We knew ahead of time of the possible challenges with this place in regards to the stairs. Honestly, it was not bad at all. Just be very careful.

The place is very clean, renovated and well equipped. After a long day of visiting, we felt relaxed coming "home".

Very nice owners!

Cons:

The access to the pool was not allowed, only the other maisonnette has access, which I find is a shame considering the heat wave we had.

There were lots of bees due to the rose trees. We had to be extra careful for the baby. Also it made enjoying the little yard difficult.

I would stay there again!"

Owner's Response: "Je ne comprend pas le commentaire de notre locataire au sujet dune piscine. En effet notre maisonnette na pas de piscine. A côté, il y a une villa indépendante avec une piscine privative et les résidants de cette maison nont aucune raison den laisser laccès à quiconque."

"Perfect place for 2 - very close to a lovely (non touristy) town of St Cyprien - which has a VERY good fish restaurant. Beautifully and sympathetically converted barn with lovely views.

Très calme , vue agréable

Belle Maisonnette propre et ou il y a tout ce qu'il faut sans vis à vis , bien situé sur les hauteurs de st Cyprien au calme et avec une belle vue. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en Dordogne, nous y reviendrons.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle petite maison périgourdine. A 3, dont un bébé, nous avons eu accès à tout le confort et l'espace nécessaire. L'espace extérieur était également très agréable, autant par son espace ensoleillé que par celui ombragé qui s'est avéré très pratique !

La ville de Saint Cyprien, toute proche, permet d'avoir tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité. De plus, sa localisation est centrale pour visiter le Périgord noir et l'est du Périgord pourpre sans avoir à faire trop de route.
