The house is well located and you can trek to enjoy all the amenities of Aix-en-Provence city, opposite Pavillon Vendôme, 100 m from the Thermal baths, 300 m from St-Sauveur Cathedral, close to Cezanne workshop and 5 minutes walk from Cours Mirabeau and Mazarin district.
You will find in our house, the charm of old housing, its floor tiles, high ceilings, cement tiles and its modern comfort with a refined contemporary decoration.
The many openings make the house very bright.
You will be pleased to take your meals outside under secular plane, linden and chestnut trees.
A swimming pool with counter-current swim will provide you good refreshment and relaxation.
Bedding: 1 double bed (160 cm), 2 double beds (140 cm). Two bedrooms are air conditioned.
3 cars can be parked in the garden.

The house and its furnish...
The house and its furnishings, as well as the gardens were even better than pictured in the advertisement. Everything was immaculately clean and every amenity one could need was available; particularly in the kitchen. There was plenty of space for the four of us for the week. The location was perfect, across the street from a beautiful park and an easy walk to all of Aix, including the markets and stores. The owners were a delight to do business with. I hope to return for a longer stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental in the Aix-en-Provence vicinity.

"We had a fabulous stay at this very lovely and well-maintained house in Aix - the house was clean, spacious and well-equipped and it was great to stay somewhere where "real cooking" was an option - a supermarket just down the road and daily fresh produce markets in the centre of town, 10 minutes walk away. The garden is great for warm weather with plenty of deckchairs and dining furniture and we spent lots of time just sitting with a book watching the swifts. It was all very relaxing. Catherine and Frederic were very friendly and helpful and had obviously put thought into things that would make the house welcoming - e.g. nice soaps and shower gel and some useful supplies in the fridge on arrival. Aix is a beautiful city and this is a good base from which to explore it - close enough to get to everything very quickly but definitely more spacious than anywhere right in the middle of town would be at the same price. A real find - we have already recommended it to a couple of friends."

Arrival in Aix-en-Provence by the motor ways: A7, A46, A8, A54 and A9.
Exit: Aix-ouest, take Galice road then follow the straight road to the city-centre. At the roundabout, turn left at the third traffic light turn right on Avenue Henri Pontier, which extends to Pasteur Avenue. At the street light, turn right on Avenue Jean Jaurès, go straight till you reach Rue de la Molle, the house is located 100 m on the right.
The TGV train station is 15 minutes from Aix by the RD9.
Marseille-Provence airport is at 25 minutes.
Aix-en-Provence and its surroundings offer many attractions.
In the city you can enjoy the Opera Festival, the Grand Théâtre de Provence, the National Choreographic Centre, Pavillon Noir, Pasino, Thermal baths, the numerous museums, and the various places recounting Paul Cézanne’s life, besides the many Provencal markets ...
