We thought it would be fun to fix up an old beater like this. Twelve years later, we're almost finished!

Lovely unit. Close to downtown.
A piece of history in historic Prescott
We’ve always wanted to experience downtown living. When we decided to move to Prescott, we needed a temporary place to stay while house hunting. VRBO lead us to The Copeland Suite! Being a block from the historic Courthouse square we enjoyed walking to all the downtown Christmas and New Years Eve events. Our apartment was very spacious, two bedrooms, and a cozy den, with a second TV and a most comfortable leather chair. Kerrie, the owner was always available to answer questions. After a two month stay, we found a house. We’ll miss downtown, all it’s shops and old west charm .. but most of all, we’ll miss our first home at the Aspens, in old town Prescott Arizona, Thanks Kerrie! We’ll miss you!
Loved Prescott and our stay in the Copeland Suite.
This is an 115 year old building which now has all the modern conveniences. Great location it is a short walk to the restaurants, bars on Whiskey Row and the Courthouse Park. Bill's Grill is even closer very casual with good food. We would have no problem staying here again.
Very nice, older apartment.
Really enjoyed the small town feel, and the historic downtown. A lot to see and do.
Sharlot Hall Museum is three blocks away with lots of cool history from early pioneers to Prescott and Arizona Territory.
