Beautiful two bedrooms, two bathrooms, ground level condo . Fully equipped with large balcony and grassed area. Perfectly situated near the beach, the pool, the mega yacht marina and casino.

The spacious and fully furnished condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa.

Situated only 50 miles from Florida this Caribbean island will certainly seduce you with it's local charm and laid back feel. Every trip to Bimini is an adventure!

About Richard Truchon

We purchased this property as a vacation home in 2012. It is a great family friendly condo. We spend most of our summers, since we purchased our condo, and any time off school our children may have is spent in Bimini. We are from Montréal, Canada and have traveled in many places but nothing is like Bimini. The water, the adventure and the people make Bimini so special.

This condo is very well situated on a quiet road. It is on the ground level which is great if you have children, they can play outside on a large grassed area. It is also easy acces if you have strollers and luggage!

Excelent House

We had a great few days, the house is excellent, with washing machine and dryer.

We had a problem when we arrived, but Richard sorted it out quickly, and always responded quickly to my queries.

The condo is excellent pools and beaches.

We recommend it.

Needs some TLC

The unit needs some TLC. I think it is important for the traveler to know that you have to bring everything, the unit has no consumables i.e. toilet paper, kitchen towel, dish liquid, dishwasher liquid, tea towels, pot scourer, dish cloth, soap, clothes washing liquid, extra towels. Also there are no Hangers for your clothes. No batteries in the remote. Coffee maker inoperable. etc.

The location was good, it is expensive to eat out and choice is limited over Christmas, as most places are closed. There is a small store in the Fishermans Wharf where you can get things and stores in the town. You need a golf cart and we shopped around , I recommend this as their prices vary dramatically.

The diving was great and thats why we went, also the beach at the resort was beautiful.

All my guests also receive information on discounted golf cart rentals, exclusive excursion discounts and information on where to shop for groceries in Bimini. My unit is clean, functional, well located and appreciated.

Nice resort, even the experience may be improved

The condo is great, nice access, pools, .... but with family and kids and wishing to visit the island, renting a golf cart is a need. Not easy to reach the appartment, so a little description or plan may help! Internet access was not working so only option was to use resort free link that was not always available and at very low speed. Food in Bimini is so expensive and not easy to reach that in case you want to use the kitchen, consider to bring some basics with you.

Great Condo!!!

Perfect place to stay! We rented this condo for a week. The master bedroom has a tv and the bed was very comfortable. it's located close to the 3 pools, beach and casino within walking distance. Golf carts are available for rent if you want to explore Bimini. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook. Washer and dryer came in handy for us. We packed light so it was nice to wash our clothes. You will need to bring or buy detergent packs and also they don't provide toiletries (shampoo conditioner soap etc.) also toilet paper and paper towels. You can purchase everything you need at Sue and joys or bring it. We will definitely rent this place again!!!! Good price and location.

Stay away from this owner and his property

We are a family of 5 and reserved this property for Aug 2-4, and Aug 4-7, 2016 to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We received the keys from the property manager and entered the unit at 12:30pm as agreed with the owner, Richard Truchon, VRBO member 5148132721. Immediately, we noticed the property in a condition not as advertised by the owner. The unit was physically in a state of disrepair and not ready for moving in. The property was extremely dirty. The two local cleaning ladies were having lunch in the kitchen while doing laundry. The unit had significant damage to the walls and furniture. Alarmingly there was mold in the walls and heavy staining on lamps, walls and furniture. The sheets were stained and gray lying on the floor with old dirty and stained towels. The couch in the living room was very dirty and was past the point of repair. The microwave had unsafe damage to the handle, and it appeared that the window blinds in the master bedroom had been damaged or kicked in. The cutting board was broken yet not replaced. With an infant in my arms, I was extremely upset. We had no place to store our things or have my kids rest after travel. We were advised by the cleaning lady to come back and assured that the unit will be ready in a few hours. We had no other choice but to leave the unit with children and travel luggage. We had to walk in the heat back to the hotel. For 3 hours, we wondered around the resort with our luggage and children. To add to the disappointment, the room was not ready at all when we returned at 3:30pm. The towels and sheets were still being washed in the unit and most were still laying wet gray and stained on the kitchen counter. The walls and the furniture were still in the state of despair. The condition was not safe and unacceptable for my family, so we left the unit and returned the keys to the property management office at the resort. The property manager tried to reach the owner who was staying at the resort at that time, however the owner did not pick up his phone. Around 4pm that day, we rushed to the resort’s main hotel in hopes to find alternate reservations for the night. We were able to secure the reservation for the similar villa in the same building at a much higher price. Shortly after, my husband finally was able to get a hold of the owner who refused to admit that the condition of the unit was not acceptable. We requested a full refund of all payments after sending photos made at arrival and were refused

Owner's Response: To accommodate all my guests that arrive prior to check in, I allow them to bring their luggage in the unit as early as possible, depending on prior guest’s departure date, even if the cleaning ladies are still at work. This is a goodwill gesture. My unit is very clean and functional. I have never had such comments about the cleanliness of my unit. I have updated the pictures of the unit, all taken August 4, 2016. I also encourage future guests to see reviews of my unit at Airbnb. Other than that, this person did not like the first floor location; I don't know what motivation this person had to react the way she did. In no way did it justify the means. They demanded a refund and VRBO refused. Bimini fun!

This is our 5th trip to Bimini. This condo is located between the infinity pool and the beach club. We had a great stay with no problems. Great first floor location too. Thank you!
