Many castle ruins-fortresses from the XIII and XIV centuries- Maginot line-Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park- trails for hiking and for mountain biking signposted by the Vosgien club, around the village and in our magnificent forests and orchards- potters' villages- typical and picturesque Alsacian villages, forests, ponds, various museums, romantic walks at our German romantic neighbours' in the palatinate (wine route in the south)...

The owners live in the house upstairs, well separated from the ground floor (they are often absent- children in higher education).

It's location at the heart of a typical Vosgian village of the north will guarantee you peace and calm.

It's vaulted living room (former cellar), kitchen with an old cut stone wall, its garden, a real joy!

Fully equipped separate kitchen- crockery and cutlery- washing machine- electric oven- refrigerator- cook top- oven with microwave- coffee maker- bottle warmer- electric kettle- kitchen utensils- iron and ironing table- clothes line- toaster- cleaning products at your disposal.

que du grand bonheur,ce lieu magique au coeur des vosges du nord... le gite de marina est à son image acceuillant chaleureux et délicatement et avec classe aménagé et decoré..... Les attentions multiples de Marina et sa grande générosité de coeur nous ont fait passés un we merveilleux!!!!! le soleil le ciel beu et la nature eclatante des vosges du nord en multiplie nos sensations de bien être et d'harmonie..en ce 06 decembre..

Lieu rare parce que marina et eric en sont les créateurs avec leur grande joie de vivre et d'acceuillir l'autre..... DU BONHEUR A SAVOURER A LA PTITE FONTAINEGRACE A MARINA....FAFA

The perfect stay in Alsace

We stayed a very wonderful and relaxing week with our wonderful hosts. This was our first in this part of France -- now one of our favorite places. The house is very Alsacian, incredibly comfortable, and shows the skilled and loving touches of people who really care about their house. The gardens are beautiful and a relaxing place to spend an afternoon. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine and a traditional Alsacian cake -- and flowers from the garden. The next morning we found a jar of homemade jam on our doorstep (happened several times). We spend a very nice and chatty afternoon with our hosts in the garden on a hot, sunny day, and an evening in their home sharing wonderful savory treats. We stayed in several other house in Alsace during our holiday, but we must say that this was by far our favorite. When you have a small bouquet of fresh picked flowers tucked under your windshield wipers of your car when you leave, it is just a special place. Our hosts were not able to be there when we left -- had they been, we might not have been able to leave. You may have the idea by now that we really liked this house and our hosts. We were able to take numerous day trips and explore the northern Alsace region with ease. Langenzoltzbach is a small village with no real shops, but within minutes you have everything you need. It's incredibly easy to hike various directions from trails that pass through or originate in the village. And there are some Roman artifacts in the church. The photos and descriptions are understated at the very least. Absolutely everything is equal to or better than depicted. We would recommend this house to anyone. It is perfect.

Lovely place to stay

This holiday accommodation is situated in an extremely picturesque, quiet village. We had a wonderful week made extra special by the very kind, generous, helpful and friendly owners. The house and garden are beautiful.

There is plenty for a family to do nearby: great outdoor swimming pool at Bad Bergzabern, castles, Maginot line forts, swimming lakes and a traffic-free cycle track not far from the village. We highly recommend this property.

A fantastic place to stay for all the family!

My husband, my two and a half year old daughter and I had the fortune to stay with Eric and Marina during August 2009. They could not be more welcoming and kind and showered my little girl in particular with toys and affection. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need for your stay, with spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely garden to relax in and explore. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending Eric and Marina's gite to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet in a beautiful location.

SUPER ACCUEIL CONFORT ET TRANQUILITE AU RV

Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette région... Quant à l'accueil d'Eric et Marina, on peut dire qu'il est tout à fait exceptionnel ! A l'arrivée, tarte à la cannelle (spécialité de la région) et bouteille de GUEWURTRAMINER ! La pâtisserie est le dada de notre hôtesse qui n'hésite pas à nous préparer de bons gâteaux tout au long de notre séjour. Marina est toujours à l'écoute des demandes de ses hôtes et est une passionnée. La maison est confortable et chaleureuse ! on s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise.... Bref ! on adore ! et on y retourne dès que l'on peut !

Je me disais qu'il était dommage de ne pouvoir faire figurer le libre d'or avec tous ces gentils mots très poétiques et autres appréciations laissés par nos touristes en cinq années. Ils valent vraiment de l'or...et font chaud au coeur. Il est facile pour nous de donner dans ces conditions ! encore merci...

Du bonheur à l'etat pur !!!!!!!!!

Que dire de Marina et Eric qui n'a pas été dit !!!!!!!!!! Qu'ils ne déméritent pas leur succès car c'est pure vérité. Nous avons eu l'impression de retrouver des amis très chers !!!!!!!!!!! Marina est d'une gentillesse inégalable, d'une humanité incroyable, pleine de petites attentions culinaires. Une personne comme on n'en fait plus. Son gite est d'un charme fou et d'une propreté irréprochable. Bref, une adresse à retenir !!!!!!!!!!!
