Residence Alpages 1 (Crozats area), 3rd floor, next to nursery

2 bedroom apartment 26 m2 equipped for 5 people and a baby, next to the nursery, 150m from ESF ski-school and 300m from Village des Enfants ski school.

Residence Alpages 1 is located in the upper part of the resort.

Do not hesitate to email me or phone me, I speak fluent English.

Living room: 1 single sofa bed 80 X 180 cm + 1 single sofa bed 80 x 190 cm (with duvets and pillows), dining area, LCD TV 66 cm, cable TV, free WIFI.

Bedroom: 1 double bed 140 x 190cm + 1 loft bed 80 x 180 cm (with duvets and pillows), desk, cupboard.

Baby equipment: baby bed (with duvet and pillow) and booster.

Kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, oven, ceramic hob 4 burners, coffee maker Senseo classic kettle, raclette.

Free WIFI.

Separate bathroom (bath and basin) and WC

Shops 100 meters down from the residence, escalator or street access.

Avoriaz is located in Les Portes du Soleil (the largest ski-area in Europe, with 650 km of slopes), you may ski from mid -December to late April.

Avoriaz is a great, lively, pedestrianized resort for families: nursery for 4-month-old to 6-year-old children (reservation required), ski and snowboarding lessons for 3-year-old kids to 16-year-old teenagers years Children's Village (opposite the residence, half-day or full day, canteen), ski lessons at the ESF and other ski schools. We may arrange ski lessons at Village des Enfants, with a discount.

Many activities in the resort, especially fun swimming pool Aquariaz (entry not included in the rental).

Compulsory fee parking at the entrance to the resort (700 meters), access on foot with a sledge (free) or by carriage / horse-pulled sledges (about 12€).

Charges included.

Tourist tax included (1 € per person over 16 years per day).

End of stay cleaning : 30€ extra.

Linen rental extra : about 15€ per person.

We ask for first payment i.e.30 % on booking, by transfer

We ask for 2nd payment i.e.70 % 1 month before your stay

We then forward the key with a prepaid stamped envelope for key return

We ask for a 200-euro security deposit 1week before your stay

About Karine et Bertrand NADLER

We are a family of 5, our kids are 9 to 12 years old and enjoy Avoriaz a lot in winter and in summer.

We've been skiing in Avoriaz for about 20 years and enjoy that place as it is very lively, ski in and out resort and there's usually plenty of snow.

Once in Avoriaz, it's very convenient with young kids and teenagers.

Why Karine et Bertrand NADLER chose Portes du Soleil

We bought that apartment a couple of years after our 3rd child was born, as we needed a separate bedroom for them to sleep, and as it is located next to nursery.

What makes this apartment unique

We enjoy the apartment being ski in and ski out, and not far from the centre and ski schools. The apartment is not facing the resort but the mountain, which is quieter.

Petit appartement tres bien situé départ et arrivée a ski, à proximité de tout les commerces, appartement idéal pour une famille avec enfants. Appartement bien équipé tres bonnes vacances dans une super station. Propriétaires tres sympa et dispo.

Un très bon séjour à la montagne .

Nous avons trouvez un appartement qui convenait à notre demande , tous était fonctionnel , propre , ainsi que les sanitaires , rien à dire , nous reviendrons fort probablement .Les propriétaire nous on donner les renseignements que nous attendions ils sont très réceptif et attentif , que du bien à dire .

QUE DU BONHEUR

Grâce a cette location notre séjour s'est admirablement bien passé.

Je n'ai jamais rencontré de propriétaire aussi respectueux du locataire, très à l'écoute et prêt à intervenir au moindre problème.

Appartement conforme à la description, très agréable, propre, confortable.

En effet orienté montagne, MAIS ..... TOUT CE CALME compense largement.

Avoriaz étant une station bruyante à certains endroits (milieu et bas de station) par les pubs, et les "fêtards" aucune gêne à ce niveau dans cet appartment.

Très bien situé, très au calme, ski au pied : départ (descente par le village) et retour (via le télésiège du tour).

Immeuble propre et agréable.

Option prise pour l'année prochaine ! Y a pas de mal à se faire du bien :)
