Great ski-in ski-out apartment

We had a great week in Avoriaz. This apartment has great ski-in, ski-out with a lovely view of the slopes. The apartment is cosy and well decorated, warm with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is very well equipped. The downstairs bunk room is small but has storage under the beds and in the cupboard in the hallway outside the room. The upstairs sleeping/bathroom area has plenty of space. There were 4 adults staying in the apartment so was great to have a second shower room downstairs and plenty of seating in the lounge. We had good communication with the owner and it was nice to have someone in the apartment to greet us on arrival. We thought the price was good value compared to other rental properties in the area. There is a bread shop just opposite the apartment block which is handy for the day’s supply of bread. We found the apartment quiet, being on the edge of ‘town’, but the walk to the shops/bars is not too far. There is a reception area in the Sepia building with a helpful receptionist. We would definitely be happy to use this apartment again should we return to Avoriaz.

Great experience!!

We´ve enjoyed a great time at Avoriaz. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, well located with direct access to the slopes and close to the center, well equiped and with enough space. We'll repeat!

Cette location est exceptionnelle par la qualité de ses prestations et sa situation au coeur d'un des plus beaux domaines skiables d'Europe. Récemment rénovée dans un style savoyard chaleureux, elle possède un charme que ne peuvent offrir les autres locations "standards" de la station. Je la recommande à tous ceux qui aiment les beaux endroits..et le grand ski! L'attention manifestée par les propriétaires pour le bien-être de leurs locataires est la garantie d'un séjour réussi.

Excellente expérience, tout était parfait !!!

Nous avons été magnifiquement ravis par notre séjour à Avoriaz dans votre appartement cet été. Le confort, l'espace, le souci du détail, la propreté, la situation et le calme. Tout était au rendez-vous pour passer de belles vacances reposantes et vivifiantes. Nous avons bien profité du Multipass qui donne accès aux remontées mécaniques et à une foule d'activité (tennis, mini-golf, ping-pong, pétanques, badmington,...). Avoriaz est magnifique en été; la station est un vrai village de vacances et les paysages sont somptueux. Une très belle expérience que nous renouvellerons volontiers, en été mais aussi en hiver. On prend bien note de votre adresse et la recommande vivement. Encore merci de votre amabilité et de votre accueil...

Bel appartement bien orienté et bien situé

Appartement duplex chaleureux, calme et confortable, bien équipé et bien orienté.

La situation en périphérie du village permet un accès facile aux pistes ainsi qu'un retour facile.

Great duplex appartment . Very spacious ,well decorated and has everything you need . Lovely views over the slopes and easy ski in ski out . We would be happy to recommend this appartment and will definitely go back again .
