About the property

The new two bedroom loft style apartment (year 2016) with balconies to the Plaza del Pan and Alcaicería street comes from the renovation of an 18th century building. The new kitchen designed in white natural stone allows from the altar of food cooking enjoying the historical urban landscape.

The kitchen and dining room is an authentic viewpoint with views of the square, the dome and tower of the Church of El Salvador, the greatest exponent of baroque architecture. In the kitchen, the dining room of the table, join the food preparation altar, protagonist of the space and allows the outside landscape while you can enjoy a conversation or help by the part of the diners located at the table. A large low sofa with built-in auxiliary table completed the furniture of the new space.

Beautiful, modern apartment in the heart if everything

Gorgeous, newly renovated apartment, which is central to all the major sites. Nice open plan and nicely appointed bathroom. You'll love the shower with a great rain shower head. Loved everything about it. Only recommendation is that there is a need for a bit more storage space. On the other hand, pack lightly and ensure you have a small car. As the location is in the heart of the historic district, the streets are very narrow and you won't be able to navigate a car in front of the apartment. You'll need to park on the perimeter of square and bring luggage to car. On the other hand, that's the charm of the place and location. Highly recommend it. Go to Gusto for paella; despite being in front of Cathedral, the food is amazing and not the tourist trap we expected. Enjoy!

Wonderful apartment in a great location.

We spent a very enjoyable week at this apartment.

Our welcome on arrival was good, with a map of local sights and restaurant recommendations provided. The apartment was very well decorated and comfortable. My absolute favourite part was the small balconies looking out onto the square. Great for people watching with a glass of wine!

Bar Europa just outside was good and had some tasty tapas and there is a very good ice cream parlour on the corner with delicious flavours and friendly staff.

The location was great - easy walking distance to all the tourist sights, but still having the feeling of being in a 'real' part of Seville - not too touristy in the immediate surroundings.

Can't find anything to complain about, we absolutely loved this apartment and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay when visiting Seville.

A Great Apartment in a Great Location

We have just returned from a month in this lovely apartment, very centrally located in the old part of Seville.

The apartment is more spacious than it appears in the photos and we were very comfortable there.

The apartment is on 2 levels with the bedroom located in the upper loft area with lovely big windows that look over the rooftops and spires of Plaza San Salvador. The bed is extremely comfortable and there is plenty of closet space.

The apartment occupies the top floor of a former hardware store and is situated on the Plaza del Pan, which is fairly busy during the day, but is quite quiet in the night, which meant we heard no noise at all from the plaza once we went to bed.

The kite hen is well equipped and the living dining area was roomy enough that we didn't feel confined at all.

The great attraction is the lovely large private terrace with beautiful views. The terrace is well appointed with a large dining table and chairs as well as lounge chairs and since it gets full sun in the afternoon, it was perfect for late lunches and drinks before dinner. There are two awnings to provide shade if you need it.

The apartment is so central located that it is easy to access all areas of the city, and nothing is more than a 10-15 minute walk away.

Grocery stores are very close by, as well as bakeries and some very nice tapas bars.

The apartment is very secure...a keypad to get in the street door, an elevator to take you to the top floor, and a keypad entrance to the apartment itself.

This place has everything you would need for a perfect stay in Seville.

We wholeheartedly recommend it and in fact, plan to come back for another stay next winter.

Great location

We found our host very helpful and responsive - from the first contact to the last, including personally assisting with negotiating carparking. The apartment is well located in a central plaza and provides walking access to all major areas of Seville, once the windy streets become familiar. The apartment offers a nice family heritage with artefacts from the business previously operating in the building. Recommended.

"We loved our stay in Sevilla! The apartment was impeccable and very well situated. The windows and balconies were great for people watching! Though it was quite loud at night, it was fun to be in such a vibrant neighborhood. One little warning...our laundry was stolen off the roof so you may want to avoid hanging washing!"
