Apartment situated in first line in front of the beach in spectacular neigborhood. Semiprivate beach. 120 m2 in only one plant and 22 m2 terrace in front of the sea (hall with fireplace and views, 2 rooms with view at the sea)+ private garden 100m2 near rivulet(kitchen and 1 room with views to the garden). From in front you hear the sea from the terrace and from behind you hear the rivulet and the birds singing from your garden. It is an apartment but it seems like you are in a house. Situated in a great neigborhood with all the Costa Brava magic - Near the authoritative zones of the Costa Brava: Sant Feliu de Guixols, Santa Cristina de Aro, Tossa de Mar, with its golf camps and turistic posibilities.

LIGHTLY PENTHOUSE, BIG, SEA VIEW, 100M FROM BEACH, PRIVATE GARDEN

In 2004 some Danish friends bought a house in a Urbanization that we had never heard before named 'Rosamar'. We visited and we loved the place, in the most untuched Costa Brava, between mountain and sea. A few km from Sant Feliu with the privacy and tranquility and exclusivity of Rosamar. The only flaw was that the complex was falling from the mountain to the sea, so coming home after a day of beach was uphill and bear umbrella, toys and floats for children, etc was a question. Finally in 2007 the opportunity appeared, a floor a few meters from the beach was on sale, that meant no necesity to climb the mountain in the way back home. We saw the lovely penthouse with such a luminosity and views and inmediately loved it (and bought it)

What makes this apartment unique

It is a very bright and spacious apartment, all exterior. Cool in summer. The terrace overlooks the sea, As well as two of the bedrooms and the living room. On summer nights, nothing more relaxing than dine on the terrace and share a coffee or a drink while listening to the sea.

Thres a door for access to a totaly private garden (garden belongs to our appartement), on two levels, ideal for a nap in the afternoon or sunbathing

Appartement très bien situé, à 2 minutes à pied d'une très jolie plage. Très belle région.

Nous avons apprécié le balcon - assez grand pour y manger à 5, et avec vue sur la mer.

Place de parking privée.

"Très bel appartement, spacieux, bien équipé avec un petit jardin méditerranéen, situé dans une "urbanizacion" à taille humaine à proximité immédiate d'une très belle plage bordée de rochers pour l'exploration sous-marine. La côte de Sant Feliu à Tossa de mar est magnifique, la véritable "Costa Brava". Très bons contacts avec les propriétaires. A recommander"
