Newly constructed home features a pool and sliding glass doors to off the kitchen to the pool. Very private if you require this. Features a detached guest cottage out back which is also available. The home sleeps six and is gated for absolute solitude but close to all activities. The home is less than one year old. The access is gated and is the last home on the street so if privacy is important this is the place. You can see whales breaching from the deck and watch the sunsets daily. Also follow the trail to a 15 minute walk to the beaches to watch the surfers.
Thanks Patricia for providing us on short notice with such a fabulous plavce to stay, I think this is the best trip I have ever had to Mexico, and your place is amazing, so private, so clean and I love the fact you took care of all our needs or helped us when we needed help.
Your home is beautiful and so private , we felt so safe and will be returning very soon.
We loved staying at Donnie and Patricia's beautiful Villa Guadalupe, they were wonderful hosts and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be back!
We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The house was amazing we really enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The small town is only a short walk to enjoy and good places to eat. Donnie and Patricia are perfect hosts they will help your stay be more enjoyable.
We had the pleasure of staying for a week in April 2016 and it couldn't have been better, the hosts were gracious and helpful and quick to offer guidance, suggestions and a smile! We will certainly be back in the future!
My family and I (2 school-aged children) spent 6 days in the house in late March. As other reviewers have said, the house is really lovely, with a beautiful open living space, kitchen and amazing outdoor spaces as well. The house isn't overly large but so well laid out for the members of a family to each have their own space. Patricia (our host) is incredible -- so warm, helpful, kind -- and will make every effort to make sure that you have a perfect experience. The town is really lovely as well. We did not rent a car, and really enjoyed the walks down into town to the beach. It would be tough with younger kids but we were very happy with our decision to rely on our feet! Cannot recommend this property and this town enough; we hope to return!
We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving 2015. The house is absolutely beautiful. It was me and my husband and my 3.5 year old son. We decided our son would be more comfortable in the master with us and so Patricia (the owner) brought up a twin mattress to put on the floor. I was horribly sick all the way from the airport to the house and so Patricia took care of my husband and son. She went out and got them dinner and was wonderful. Patricia and her husband stay in a small casita on the property. They were available whenever we needed them but never annoying or intrusive. The view from the house is stunning. The pool was amazing. The only issue we had was keeping the bedrooms dark so my son could nap and not wake up too early. Patricia asked us for our feedback and we told her this and she said she was planning to get room darkening curtains. Patricia and her husband and staff were absolutely lovely. We enjoyed chatting with them on multiple occasions. The town of San Pancho was great. Much smaller and more laid back than Sayulita. We went to Sayulita a few times and enjoyed ourselves but were happy to be back in our lovely house every night. We would definitely return and recommend the house very highly!
We recently spent a magical week in San Pancho for my husband's birthday. Our son and his girlfriend joined us and we found the house perfect for two couples--wonderful common space with pool and patios and two beautiful suites on separate levels for complete privacy. Our hosts care a great deal about this property and the comfort of their guests.
