Overview

About the property

2 bedrooms 3 bathrooms with a pool and views of the ocean

Newly constructed home features a pool and sliding glass doors to off the kitchen to the pool. Very private if you require this. Features a detached guest cottage out back which is also available. The home sleeps six and is gated for absolute solitude but close to all activities. The home is less than one year old. The access is gated and is the last home on the street so if privacy is important this is the place. You can see whales breaching from the deck and watch the sunsets daily. Also follow the trail to a 15 minute walk to the beaches to watch the surfers.

Marvelous Escape

  • 5 of 5

Our family enjoyed a magnificent vacation thanks to Patricia and her wonderful, wonderful home. The design is top-drawer; open plan, lots of space, tons of light, sliding doors to the pool and patio areas everywhere...ah yes, the infinity pool. Come on! What more do you want? AND it's half salt water too! Your skin knows this and offerd thanks. The layout is perfect if you have tweens/teens as they will love the privacy of the downstairs bedroom, whilst the master uptop is something else. All this and the friendly, discreet Lalo makes sure the pool is at perfect pH, etc every morning. The town of SF (or San Pancho as it is known) is a glorious reminder as to what Sayulita was a decade ago. Small yet still with plenty of life and some tremendous dining options. I walked down to the French bakery Casa Gourmet every morning (wow - Parisian pasteries and tremendous coffee) and even though the walk back got a bit hot...you hit your infinity pool and feel refreshed and relaxed! We will become 'repeaters' and I cannot stress enough what a great vacation spot this is..:

Loved it! Thank you Patricia!

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from a week at Villa Guadalupe where we relaxed and enjoyed the peace, quiet and beauty of the house, pool and view. Patricia was a lovely hostess and we definitely plan to return as soon as possible. If you're looking for a place to laze around in the pool, take long naps, wander into the sweet town of San Pancho-- look no further than Villa Guadalupe. You'll be so pleased you did.

Memorable Stay in an Architectural Splendor

  • 5 of 5

We (a couple in our 30ies) had such an amazing stay at Villa Guadalupe. The place is an architectural splendor, providing comfort and incredible vistas over San Pancho, up to Ocean, particularly from the stellar pool. It is fully equipped for all uses (we appreciated in particular the provision of different towel sets for the pool or the beach), and impeccably maintained. The place is a quiet retreat only a few miles away from the bustling scene of Sayulita (and offers a dedicated and safe parking spot), providing a truly perfect balance for a memorable vacation. Most noticeably, Patricia and Eduardo are awesome, friendly and available hosts, making sure we will be coming back!

Amazing home in a great location

  • 5 of 5

There were four of us (two couples) who stayed here for 5 days and we had the best time. The house is stunning... it feels like a palace. The open-air rooms, infinity pool and views were a highlight for us. The house is on the top of a hill, providing great views of the hills and ocean. It's about a 15 minute walk to town and we felt very safe walking. The town is so quaint with great food, great people and not too many tourists. Day tripping to Sayulita is fun, but I wouldn't want to stay in that town. It's too crowded, touristy and noisy for my taste. We spent most of our time at the house enjoying the pool and spending time together. The kitchen had everything we needed and Patricia (the host) lives on the property in a guest house behind the home so she's available if you need anything. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house and wonderful host!

  • 5 of 5

My husband, two year old son and I have stayed at many homes in Sayulita, Punta Mita and San Pancho, but this house is something special. It has the most amazing views and is so comfortable. If you really want to experience to Mexico, in a wonderful place, this is it. Make sure to rent a golf cart, it makes everything easy and is a fun way to travel to town. San Pancho is a bohemian surf town about ten minutes by car to Sayulita. It is not the best swimming beach but the beach is so amazing, especially at sunset. This is our second time staying at Patricia's paradise home. She is such a genuinely nice person, a pleasure to meet. She even took my husband back and forth to the hospital and stayed win him to translate when he fell ill. I have stayed at more than twenty vacation rentals in the last two or three years, and this one is a true gem!

Best stay in Mexico- san Pancho!

  • 5 of 5

The house is absolutely gorgeous and cozy, it is beautifully designed, perfect for a couple or 2 couples as the suites are in different floors both with patios and spectacular views! The infinity pool and sitting areas make it a very special place to relax and enjoy. Patricia, the owner / host was wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. We would definitely be back to stay in this amazing paradise and will recommend to friends and family. It really was a surprising treat!! Thank you so much Patricia!!!!
