CRACK OF DAWN GARBAGE GLASS, DRUNKS HOLLERING TILL 2am - PASQUALE WAS A GREAT HOST, VERY CONGENIAL AND HELPFUL, BUT THE APARTMENT IS....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
Fabulous spot from which to explore tropea
Lovely quiet area with local restaurants and very close to the beach, right at the edge of the town. The apartment was small but well equipped and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Personal touches like the water and bowl of fruit were most welcome. Pasquale was lovely and very helpful suggesting events that were taking place while we were there. A beach umbrella was very welcome.
Apartment in the centre of old town. Clean and comfortable. It has everything you need.
The Maruska apartment is located in a building that was built in 1721. It is close to all the restaurants and ice cream bars, as well as the shops in Old Tropea. It is steps away from the Duomo, and there is mass twice a day.
The apartment has a TV with many channels, a large fridge, stove with an oven, and everything you need in the kitchen. Enough dishes and cutlery and pots and frying pans.
There is also high-speed Wi-Fi available for your use.
There is a comfortable queen bed as well as a single bed upstairs in the loft.
Everything was clean, and the owner, Pasquale, provided beach towels and bath towels. We also had use of a beach umbrella.
As a Pantomar guest, you will receive a discount card which offers 10-15% off some of the best restaurants and ice cream bars. We used it almost everyday.
Pasquale is the most remarkable host you will ever meet. He is attentive to your needs, and frequently asks if you need anything. If there is anything you need to know, or anything you need to get, all you have to do is ask Pasquale.
Once you meet him, you will always have a good friend in Pasquale.
What a unique place to stay. My wife and I stayed 7 days in a historic building in a historic area of Italy. You could picture yourself walking the same streets that people did 300 years ago. Pasquale was an excellent host and a great person overall. As it was the low season we had the building to ourselves and didn't usually wake till we heard the church bells nearby. Highly recommend staying here if you ever adventure to Tropea. Thanks again!
"Everything was perfect! ...
"Everything was perfect! Nice accomodation with unforgettable atmospere. Clean studio, there are all facilites including umbrella for the beach. Some noise from the street, but it''s only because your studio is a historical building and some tourist coming to see it''s very old doors, etc. Highly reccomend."
The appartment is conveni...
The appartment is conveniently located in the city center, very close to the beach and restaurants. The owner is nice and welcoming.
By car: take the A3 highway (Salerno-Reggio Calabria), exit at Pizzo C. and follow the directions to Tropea. Enter Tropea through TROPEA CENTRO ( NOT TROPEA CENTRO/LUNGOMARE PORTO). After entering Tropea centro, drive down for 100 metres, turn left and go on for 100 meters then turn right, pass down a small bridge and go straight down along viale Stazione, you can park for free on the left side ( no lines or white lines) close to Eni gas station, then 10 minutes walk to your accommodation.
By train: Tropea train station then 10 min walk to the accommodation.
By plane: Lamezia Terme international airport and then only 50 minutes trip by local train to Tropea. (Transport by taxi upon demand).
By plane: Reggio Calabria international airport and then 2 hours trip by train to Tropea.
