The apartment is part of a larger building located in a residential area, on a calm street isolated from the main road. Spotless sleeping accommodation with all modern conveniences, and tastefully decorated. The apartment features a double bedroom with a balcony and a bedroom with two single beds. We also have a 2-seater sofa bed and an additional bed. At your disposal, there is a barbecue area with a table and chairs. An office nook and Wi-Fi are also available. Flat screen LCD TV and TNT channels are available. Private parking and bicycles are at your disposal. Sheets and bathroom linen are provided. Charges depend on the duration and number of people. The price may change depending on the season. A deposit and a security deposit are required (we return them at the end of your stay).

Large 80-m² 3-room apartment, 2 of which are bedrooms, can accommodate up to 6 people in a large double bedroom with a balcony and in a bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed and an additional bed. Bathroom linen and sheets are provided. Baby cot, baby bath and high chair available. It is tastefully decorated and offers all kind of amenities: an equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and much more. It features a living room with a flat screen LCD TV with satellite channels. There is broadband Internet connexion Wi-Fi available. Bicycles are also available (included in the price). The building is ideally located 5 minutes away from the city centre, but in a calm area, far from the noise of the city. Calm residential area. Private car park in the courtyard. Bus stop 50 m away, bus number 4. The bakery is around the corner and all the shopping facilities are 2 minutes away by foot. 1.5 km away from the motorway. Ideal starting point to visit Strasbourg, and Germany.

Adequate

We were attending the Dance World Cup in nearby Offenburg and decided to stay in Strasbourg.

The apartment was easy to locate but the drive to the on-site parking is a bit tight.

The owner, who claims to speak many languages manages this feat with an App on his mobile phone so something was lost in the translation.

Although we were out a lot of the time, the owner did express some concerns about noise so we were, not literally, walking on egg shells even though the owner and residents in the flat above made some noise of their own.

Kitchen equipment was sparse but adequate but no large glasses for beer.

Not the greatest apartment but it was adequate for our purposes and the price reflects this.

The location is good for the city centre - we used the Tram P+R (€4.10 for up to 7 people) a couple of times to get into Strasbourg. The local Simply supermarket came in handy.

Owner's Response: Si nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement concernant le bruit ce n'est pas pour rien ! Evidemment qu'il y'à des bruits de la vie quotidienne inévitable mais ces locataires étaient vraiment bruyant et exagérement ! Car claquer des portes dés 6 heure du matin c'est vraiment excessif ! et ce n'est qu'un exemple parmis beaucoup d'autres ! C'est très rare que cela ce passe ainsi ( et heureusement ...) C'est vraiment dommage car à part cela, il me semble que le contacte est bien passé et que ces locataires étaient content de leur propre paroles. Tram proche, quartier calme ect .... Il n'est pas dans nos habitudes d'avoir de mauvaises expérience avec les locataires, nous sommes donc très déçu ... ............................................................................................................... If we voiced our dissatisfaction with the noise it was not for nothing! Obviously there are sounds of everyday life inevitable but these tenants were really noisy and exaggerated! Because slamming doors dice 6 am is really excessive! And this is only one example among many others! It is very rare that this happens (and fortunately ...) It is a shame because apart from that, it seems to me that the contact has gone well and that these tenants were pleased with their own words. Tram nearby, quiet ect .... It is not in our habits to have bad experience with the tenants, so we are very disappointed ....

"The flat was spacious, very liveable, spotlessly clean and has been renovated with great care. It would be perfect for a family; for a single person it was simply luxurious! The owners, who live in the flat below, were unfailingly helpful. Buses to town are frequent and quick (the best-served stop is 'Capucins', though 'Romains' is closer and right next to a good bakery). I had worried that living out of town might be a problem, but it turned out to be a pleasure."

This apartment is really spacious and is in a good location. As a family of 5 we found it to be perfect and having the computer was an added bonus. The apartment had everything we needed.

Everything worked out very well at this apartment. It was perfect for our visit to Strasbourg; being close to the city bus line really helped. The owners are very helpful.

Zénith is nearby, 5 minutes by car. Apartment near the cycle path (30 km trail) along one of the Bruche River canals. Shopping centre, playground and all amenities are nearby. Strasbourg railway station is 2 km away. Hautepierre hospital is nearby (5 minutes), convenient for those who come here for training courses. Sites and activities: Christmas Market, European Fair, St Jean fair, Orangerie Park (animal park and resting place), European Parliament, planetarium, view of the cathedral and Petite France (a district with traditional houses of Alsace), trips on Bateaux Mouches (open excursion boats). Surroundings: Mont Sainte-Odile, Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, Montagne des Singes Park, and the wines routes.
