Amazing view (see photos) of the sofa, bed, balcony .. on the islands of Perros-Guirec to Port-Blanc and on the beautiful sandy beach of Trestel, classified PAVILION BLUE Europe 2015. Located 10 minutes from the resort of Perros-Guirec, Lannion and Tréguier 15mn and 30mn from Paimpol (departure for the island of Bréhat).
Equipment: 1 large double bed (2 x 80); mattress protectors, pillow protectors, pillows, duvets, provided. Ideal rental for 2p. Sheets and duvet covers and pillows: available for the large bed (usually, bed made on arrival).

Water: A meter reading can be done on arrival and departure. A consumption of 500 liters of water per day is included in the rental price. Each additional m3 will be charged 5 euros. (supplement: never arrived ...) Quality furniture.

Very nice proprietaires, good Location and great view. Enough space for 2 People, but I would not recommend to go there with more than 2 People (not spaceous enough)
Les photos proposées sur le site reflètent idéalement la vérité, la vue sur la plage de trestel est magnifique, la location est petite mais très fonctionnelle, avec une bonne literie et des draps propres et frais à votre arrivée. Pour vous aider dans vos itinéraires, un mur de cartes postales, ainsi qu'un classeur vous indiquent les lieux et endroits à visiter. La location est calme, le jardin est fleuri, les animaux y sont acceptés ( ce qui est un vrai plus), on bénéficie également de la télé, du wifi. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, joignables par mail, par sms, ce qui est génial. Donc nous reviendrons, à visiter absolument, tregastel et ploumanach'.
Nous sommes arrivés à 21 h 30 et l'appartement nous attendait ... Appartement conforme à la description, sympathique, bien aménagé et vraiment face à la mer. Résidence hyper calme et très bien entretenue. Voisins charmants ... Mme TROADEC nous a rencontrés le lendemain matin et nous a indiqué toutes les visites intéressantes à effectuer dans les environs et tout cela avec le sourire.
Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement (emplacement parking réservé) et nous le conseillerons vivement à nos amis.
Pour nous, ce qui est sûr, c'est que nous y reviendrons certainement.

Séjour de rêve dans cette location très bien placée au calme et avec une magnifique vue sur mer. L'exposition du balcon nous a permis de savourer les couchers de soleil sur la mer au retour de nos promenades sur le GR34 qui passe tout à côté. Appartement très clair, très confortable, déco ravissante, il ne manque rien. La vue mer est superbe.
Nous y reviendrons certainement plus longtemps car il y a beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région: excellent souvenir de notre sortie sur l'île de Bréhat, de la visite de l'Abbaye de Beauport, des rochers de Ploumanac'h, des marches sur le sentier des douaniers....
Avons savouré les galettes et crêpes recommandées par des propriétaires très professionnels.
15 jours pour découvrir une région magnifique que ce soit en termes de paysages, de gastronomie, de lieux différents à chaque marée...un bon bol d'air pur iodé à souhait avec le beau temps en prime ! Un appartement idéalement situé pour profiter de tout...la plage, le Sentier des douaniers, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirec, l'ile de Bréhat....et encore plus...une location que nous recommandons vivement...un accueil chaleureux avec une propriétaire qui nous a gâté en artichauts ! La Bretagne çà nous gagne....et on y gagne à profiter de toutes ses belles valeurs....
