Why Stacy Kinder chose Edwards

What makes this House unique
Our home has six bedrooms, all of which are very spacious with private bathrooms and walk-in closets, so there is plenty of room for extended family and friends. Being so close to the ski lifts and hiking trails makes the home very convenient for anyone interested in outdoor adventure, and close proximity to restaurants and shopping areas helps make everyone happy!

Spacious and convenient
We've stayed at this house several times over the years, probably 7-8 times total. Yearly I organize a guys group for skiing, usually 5-8 people. We generally cook in as the kitchen is spacious and a wonderful gathering place. Transportation to and from the slopes is easy, maybe not quite as good as ski in/out but pretty close. The house is clean and everything functions well. Whenever, there is an issue like snow in the driveway or an empty LP gas can for the grill, the house manager, Roy, is a phone call away and attentive. Additionally, the owner is a pleasure to work with. We'll be back.
Very nice property that is perfect for a large family
We enjoyed our stay snd had everything we needed for several days of skiiing. The communication from the owner was great. I highly recommend this property.
Great big group place to stay!
Rooms are large, location is great and plenty of room for multiple families. Great place to stay!
We love this house for our family.
I have four children and each of them has children. So, the bunk room is great for my older grandchildren. The younger children usually sleep in the large walkin closets in their parents' room. So it's perfect!!
Our only complaint is that there were cobwebs in the rooms in the basement - bedrooms and baths. They were not dirty, just cobwebby.
The kitchen is very functional - has almost everything you would ever need. We did mostly home cooked dinners, and there was always plenty of dishes, silverware and serving dishes.
I'm sorry to hear you had to deal with some cobwebs! This has already been passed along to our property manager---problem resolved!!!
Well maintained property in great location
Great house to fit 5 couples.
The Perfect Fit
My girlfriend and I have been on numerous ski trips and have stayed in a variety of accommodations. This stay in particular though, far exceeded any of our past experiences. The home was not overwhelmingly dated nor was it superfluous. Instead, the home was exceedingly clean and accommodating in every aspect, from being supplied with all utensils available for cooking, to having more than enough space to accommodate a group of 15 people comfortably. We are a group of both couples and single travelers, so the the mixture of private rooms and bunk beds was a great fit. All amenities worked flawlessly--the bbq pit outdoor, the plumbing for all restrooms, the fireplace, the TVs--just to name a few. There's a mudroom for us to place all of our equipment after a long day on the slopes, a fireplace to stay warm and dry our gear by, and plenty of board games to keep us entertained. The open floor plan allowed our group to move seamlessly between the kitchen and living area, never feeling cramped. We were actually so comfortable we couldn't even make it into town by nightfall; it was easy to stay put. Generally with rentals, there is a drawback of some kind but our stay had none. Every room was immaculately clean on arrival, and not a single person from our group had any complaints. We were a bit worried our location would be too far from the mountain, but the door-to-door shuttle pick-up and drop-off service was a huge perk that made getting to Arrowhead or Beaver Creek Village a cinch. What a memorable impression. We will surely be back.
Our home is located in the residential neighborhood of Arrowhead in the Vail Valley, within minutes of world-class skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, rafting, golfing---the list of activities goes on and on! Only minutes from the Ritz Carlton at Bachelor Gulch and the Beaver Creek Village, there are also plenty of wonderful opportunities to shop, dine, and rejuvenate nearby.
