Marco Island House Rental Photos and Description

Our home at 165 Beachcomber Street is a quick two to three block walk (750 paces) from beautiful Crescent beach. We provide a beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and towels for your convenience. This is the first year we are opening our newly renovated home for rental. It features an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living/media room. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new mattress and bedding. It also includes an attached bath, walk-in closet and direct access to lanai. The guest bedrooms, queen and twin, are located on the opposite side of the house and share a freshly renovated bathroom. Our newly constructed pool was added in November of 2014. We have a no smoking and no pet policy. House is installed with high speed wireless internet. Simply step into our home and surround yourself with paradise.

We just stayed at the Beachcomber property in July. We absolutely loved the outdoor area. The pool was large, the water was cool on hot days, and there were plenty of toys to play with. It was perfect. We spent hours on the patio eating, playing cards, and laying out. It was an amazing area. The bedrooms were clean with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The kitchen wasn't as amazing as the rest of the house although it did contain everything you might need, but it is a bit outdated. The walk to the beach was only 5-10 minutes and it truly was a wonderful beach. I would definitely stay at the house again!

Owner's Response: I am happy to read that you have enjoyed our special outdoor pool and decking and the rest of the house has exceeded your expectations. I have not yet read or heard a comment about the kitchen being dated. That has caused me to pause and consider renovating earlier than the scheduled renovation in summer 2018.

This house is amazing

This house is amazing! Very clean and nicely decorated, big size

bedrooms, nice bathrooms and of course the pool! Kitchen is nicely

stocked, it even has a Keurig brewer! There also is a grill which

makes preparing dinner so much easier... We loved every moment of our

stay there. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and the

beach is literally 5 minutes away by foot. If you like picking shells,

there are lots of beautiful ones there! We also spotted a little

turtle along the way! We had a wonderful time on Marco Island!!

Best Value on Marco!

What a great way to kick back and break up the Iowa winters! We've been to Marco the last four years. This one had everything we needed: a spacious 3-BR designer home at a 5-Star location, two blocks from Collier Avenue, smack dab in the middle of the Marco Island experience. Perfect for family and friends with all the amenities, including a brand new pool and lanai that's ideal for breakfast, entertaining and grilling out. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-week stay in March. The beach is a 5-minute walk (or less). We could have easily walked to some of our favorite restaurants. The weather was perfect. Ted was very accommodating, helpful, responsive, and the rental process was fast and seamless. It's a no-brainer!

Remarkable vacation

Our accommodations were great. Our home away from home was spotless and very well maintained. A family of five, with three sons in college, having a well furnished kitchen and laundry was great. We are all about being outside. Our day were full of fishing, visiting the Rookery, all things alligator, shelling, hiking, watching sunsets and eating out once each day. We tried to learn more about the ecosystems of the Everglades. We love that everything is so close. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Great time on Marco Island

Family of 6 enjoyed every minute

This is the best deal we have had on a vacation home. Mom, Dad, 13 year old boy, 10 year old girl, and 8 year old boy / girl twins all agreed it was very hard to leave.

The 10 minute walk to the beach is about a 3 minute ride on the bikes provided. The pool is clean, refreshing and bug free thanks to the screened in Lanai.

The master bath shower is almost as spacious as the wonderful walk in closet. Having the master on the opposite side of the kids' rooms was an added bonus. The living areas were clean and well furnished. The kitchen was exactly what we needed. On site laundry (and laundry sink) was very nice. The garage is spacious and has plentiful pool toys, beach chairs, a cart to carry everything to the beach, and of course, the bikes.

The house was full of amenities. The WiFi is better than we have at home, there were plentiful towels, blankets, pillows, and everything you need in the kitchen.

Even if the house weren't in one of the most wonderful places in the world, it would still be our choice of vacation homes in this price range.
