El Carmen flat is an apartment very light, cozy with bright Andalusian Patio 8m2. With lift, is located in a quiet neighborhood with many shops and supermarkets close to the apartment (2 minutes walking), the apartment is very quiet, have double glass and in the street there are not very busy. The Modern Museum is 2 min far away from the flat, 10 min walking from main street Calle Larios, close the roman Theatre, Thyssen and Picasso´s Museum.The nearest beach is 12 min on foot. The flat is fully equipped you can find everything you can need for your stay.

Prices are for 2 persons except July and August that are fixed. The price extra person is 15euros/night.

If you need we have available parking 2 minutes by foot, 10 euros/night, 50 euros/week, 75euros/2 weeks.

Perfect urban retreat

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this flat in Málaga. Our host was extremely helpful and this compact apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need, including basic condiments for cooking. The wifi has also been upgraded, which made it very convenient for communication and researching all the places we wanted to visit. The location is ideal; you can easily walk to the port or the historic district and there are shopping options everywhere. With the train and bus stations only minutes away on foot, it was easy to get to/from the airport as well as to arrange day trips to Granada, Seville, Cordoba, etc.

We would return in a heartbeat!

"A wonderful accomodation, close to the centre of the town (walking distance while carrying a baby!). Great hosts, with extra attention to our needs. Place is better than described on the site. We would stay there again if we are visiting Malaga."

"This apartment was very comfortable and clean.

The owner was always very nice to deal with, especially when our flight was delayed.

The apartment is quite central, being only a very short walking distance (maybe 6 minutes) to the busy main street.

Parallel to the street this apartment is on there is a street with various shops, a supermarket, pharmacy, baker, many restaurants etc

It has good facilities for washing, cooking and has plenty of space. The owner also was kind enough to provide some cooking and cleaning essentials.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Cet appartement était très confortable et propre. Il était toujours très gentil traiter le propriétaire, particulièrement quand notre vol a été retardé.

L'appartement est tout à fait central, étant seulement une distance de marche très courte (peut-être 6 minutes) à la rue principale occupée. Mettre en parallèle à la rue que cet appartement est il y a dessus une rue avec de divers magasins, à un supermarché, à la pharmacie, au boulanger, à beaucoup de restaurants etc. Il a de bons équipements pour laver, faisant cuire et a l'abondance de l'espace. Le propriétaire était également assez aimable pour fournir quelques bases à cuire et de nettoyage.

Je vraiment ai apprécié mon sejour ici et le recommanderais certainement.

Séjour presque parfait...

Appartement agréable, bien situé et équipé adéquatement... Cependant ceux pour qui une connectivité Internet performante est importante seront un peu déçus : il s'agit d'une connexion de type "téléphone cellulaire" lente et limitée à 1 GB pour la semaine, ce qui était trop peu pour nos besoins... Par contre bien des gens s'en accommoderont sans doute... De plus, pour ce qui est de la climatisation, il fallait mettre 1 Euro dans un compteur pour 3 ou 4 heures d'utilisation : c'est la première fois que nous voyions cela en 16 locations d'appartement... Pour ces deux raisons nous évaluons l'appartement à 4 étoiles plutôt que les 5 qu'il se serait mérités sinon... Il serait bien que Maria l'indique dans la description de son offre pour que les gens en soient bien informés...

SUPER

L'appartement est vraiment conforme à l'annonce. Il est très bien situé à 10 mn à pied du centre historique de Malaga dans un quartier calme. Maria est d'une disponibilité et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport à 23h le soir, mais nous nous étions arrangés avec elle pour qu'un taxi nous attende et nous conduise à l'appartement. Tout s'est parfaitement bien passé et Maria est venue le lendemain matin pour nous présenter l'appartement ainsi que toutes les choses à faire et à voir à Malaga. Nous la remercions et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

The flat is very easy to go from the airport by train or taxi only 15km, the train station and bus station is only 5 min by foot.

If you want we can pick you up at the airport, the fee is 20 euros if you arrive from 8am until 10pm or 30 euros if you arrive from 10mp until 8am.

In Malaga there are many good places to have tapas, near the apartment and we have many a card with the best places considered by our customers.

Upon arrival we will provide city map, brochures of the main places to visit and advice you based on your interests.

We recommend that if you want to visit Granada and the Alhambra buy a ticket before you come. It is sometimes very difficult to get tickets a few days. Ask us and we'll send the different modes of power purchase.

The bus and train stations are 5 minutes walk from the apartment, from them can go to Seville and Granada and Cordoba bus or train (AVE).

We recommend that if you only want to visit Malaga city don't rent a car, it isn't necessary. If you need to rent a parking we have one 2 min by foot far to flat.

We recommend that if you want to go to the beach each day visiting the many beaches we have. Each and every one is different and gives you the opportunity to live a different location. You can go to many of them by bus, rail and other needed car.
